A large, completely fenced garden is private, spacious and safe. A private pool is surrounded with sunbeds and parasols.
The garden is completely yours, with no neighbours overlooking the property.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful and spacious living room, a dining room,

Three wonderfully decorated bedrooms are on the first floor, together with two bathrooms and an additional toilet.

The location is ideal - in 15 minutes drive, you can reach Rovinj and some of the most wonderful beaches in Istria.
The area is filled with good restaurants (Ladonja and Fumica are the nearest restaurants with a tradiotional cuisine),
and good people.

Ruhig und erholsam!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, top gepflegt und absolut ruhig und uneinsehbar. Pool 8×4, top in Schuss! Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wenig präsent, bei Bedarf engagiert er sich umgehend. Hatten ein wirklich schweres Unwetter- Haus und Pool waren nach 3 Stunden wieder top!

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit tollem Pool

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in der Villa Anton. Das Haus ist geräumig, zwei Badezimmer, 3 Toiletten, großer Esstisch und gut ausgestattet. Das Grundstück mit Pool ist traumhaft schön, es gibt natürlichen Baumschatten und der Pool ist groß. Wir wurden von einem sehr netten Gastgeber mit gutem Englisch empfangen.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern jetzt in den Herbstferien da. Es war sehr schön. Das Haus für 5 Leute genau richtig. Alles was man brauchte war da. Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen. Uns die überdachte Terrasse, wo man immer schön draußen sitzen konnte. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und zurückgezogen, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Meer und in den schönen Städten der Umgebung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder, das Haus haben wir auch schon weiter empfohlen. Viele Grüße Antje und Familie

Urlaub war spitze!

Das Haus ist ideal für bis zu fünf Personen, sonst könnte es doch eng werden. Der Pool und die ruhige Lage sind klasse! Die Anbindungen zum Einkaufen oder nächste Städte sind einwandfrei. Massimo der Eigentümer war wirklich sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Wir hatten immer guten Kontakt! Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen!

A rest in Istria in family

Villa Anton is a beautiful property. Clean, quiet with a clean pool and a private play area. Massimo was really helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him. Good location of the house to visit Istria with highway entrance at 5 min. Supermarket and restaurants within 10 min by car, no special interest in the close neighbour of the location. We had a good family time.

Lovely house in the Istrian countryside

A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space is lovely and very private. Massimo is very friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend!

Lovely place!

This is the second time I stayed in Villa Anton, and the second time was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus war wunderschön und genau wie beschrieben. Es liegt sehr abseits allerdings ist man auch ganz schnell auf der Autobahn und kann in 20 min nach Rovinj oder an den Strand fahren. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne, traditionelle Villa in sehr guter Lage

Wir waren Ende August für zwei Wochen in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine traditionelle istrische Villa mit einem großen Wohn-Essbereich, Küche sowie WC mit Waschmaschine im EG und 3 Schlafzimmern mit 2 Badezimmer im OG. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlage. Wir haben besonders des wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit dem wirklich schönen und großen Pool genossen. Der vorhandene Grill war blitzsauber und der überdachte Sitzbereich hervorragend geeignet um die Mahlzeiten draußen einzunehmen. Der Eigentümer, Massimo, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig dezent. Zur Lage: Wir suchen generell Ferienhäuser in sehr ruhiger Lage um uns erholen zu können. Dieses Ferienhaus ist dennoch zentral gelegen um an die Strände zu fahren (Fazana 25 Minuten), für Ausflüge nach Rovinj (sehr empfehlenswert) oder Porec (jeweils rund 30 Minuten).

Perfect place to stay and tour Istria

We loved the beautiful house and the fabulous pool which was great to return to after a day out in the summer sunshine. The house was spacious with lots of room outside - we loved eating breakfast under the veranda every morning. From this wonderful base we were able to tour around all of Istria - nothing is too far away. We had a marvellous week and would love to return again

Ganz einfach, super

Haus und Pool perfekt. Die Lage (sehr ruhig) ist aber nur 5 km von einer Kleinstadt , Tankstelle und Supermarkt etc. entfernt. Die schöne Küstenstadt Rovinj ist ca. 24 km entfernt, die schöne östliche Küste auch nur ca. 30 km entfernt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das ganze Anwesen ist sauber, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, so dass wir zwei Wochen lang super abschalten konnten. Insbesondere die Außenanlage mit dem Pool ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Grill kann gut genutzt werden; ich empfehle allerdings ein paar Grillanzünder mitzubringen, da diese in dem Supermarkt leider auch mal ausverkauft waren. Und auch bei Regen kann man sich (wenn ansonsten die Temperatur stimmt) gut draußen unter dem Vordach aufhalten. Und wenn es nicht zu heiß ist kann man in der näheren Umgebung auch gerne mal eine Runde joggen. Die Lage des Hauses mitten in Istrien ist ideal, um Ausflüge zu anderen schönen Städten oder ans Meer zu machen. In der kleinen Siedlung, wo sich das Haus befindet, ist es sehr ruhig; der nächste Supermarkt sowie einige Restaurants, Banken, etc. (in Zminj) sind mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Sehr gerne werden wir das Ferienhaus in der Zukunft für einen Urlaub in Istrien nochmal buchen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Landurlaub

Eine wunderschöne, geschmackvoll sanierte Villa auf dem Lande. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse von Erwachsenen und Kindern abgestimmt. Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne noch einmal.

Erholsamer Urlaub in sehr schönem Ambiente

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Anton. Wurden vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und er war stets hilfsbereit wenn es irgendwelche Fragen gab. Die Villa war genau so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben, durch die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Perfekte, ruhige Lage um sich mal wieder so richtig vom Alltag zu entspannen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Supermarkt, Restaurants, etc. in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
