It is comfortably furnished and divided as follows: • 1 combined living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen (separated by a bar) and comfortable seating and dining table for 4 persons and a small terrace • 1 modern bathroom with bath, shower and toilet in the lower • 1 additional guest toilet in the attic • 1 bedroom with double bed (+ cot) upstairs • 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic (accessible by stairs) • Outside: A parking space for the car is at the house and a large Lawn with garden furniture invites you to relax in the garden (barbecue included).
