Owner of Trail's End Steakhouse in Eustis and Flagstaff Lake Area Rental Properties. Having a love for the outdoors I decided to move to the heart of the Western Maine Mountain's. Eustis Maine in 2009. It is a four-season destination. Whether you like to snowmobile, ski, atv, hike, boat, fish, golf, moose watch and so on this is the place to be. Plenty of dining & entertainment as well.
Why they chose this property
4 season destination, this property is in the middle of everything. Snowmobile from the door, boat launch next door. Although this property is conveniently close to everything it offers plenty of privacy.
What makes this property unique
Located on a dead-end road. The public boat launch is on this road as well as snowmobile trails and ATV Trails. There are stores and restaurants before you turn on this road. A short walk a couple of doors down with beautiful views of the lakes and mountains. There is an outdoor fire pit, gas grill, HOT TUB!! With patio lights lighting up the yard. The Appalachian Trail & Sugarloaf Ski & Golf resort is minutes from this property.
