Things to Know
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful experience!

Very nice decor that makes you feel like you are at the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony during the day and night. This condo has everything you need in it to live your normal life if you choose to do so. This is a must stay! We will return!

Good but small issues

We actually really enjoyed this condo. Sterling Reef is in a great location. The condo is a corner unity, which we really liked. The furniture and appliances were in good condition. There were two issues though. In the master bedroom, the fan speed could only be controlled with a remote, but the remote was missing. If the fan was off, it was too hot in the room. If the fan was on, it was blowing way too hard for a room of that size. I called Vacasa. They said that housekeeping or maintenance would contact me, but no one ever did. The other problem was that the fan in the master bathroom did not work. We did not notice until the last day shortly before checkout that there appears to be mold growing on the A/C vent in the ceiling.

Home away from home

We vacation in PCB every 1-2 years and this has been our favorite place to stay now. It fit all 8 family members comfortably and it was extremely clean. Thank you for making our experience so much fun!

Friend Getaway

This condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very clean. The bathrooms were amazing in space and design. We loved the touches of sea decor and turquoise kitchen accessories. The bonus was having a corner condo with huge windows to enjoy the sunset and beach.

Absolutely Perfect!

From the layout of the condo, to the oceanfront balcony, to the proximity to all things PCB - this condo was perfect for our two families to split for the week! We were in town for a week for a baseball tournament and it had everything we needed, including the convenience of a washer and dryer in the room. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely look to book again if we come back next year!

Sterling 501.

Very beautiful beach front condo. My family and I enjoyed our stay. When we got there everything was very clean and organized. The only issue I had was the Master bathroom toilet was running and had to shake the handle each time to make it stop. I’m sure I could of called maintenance but we where there to have fun and did not want to be interrupted on our vacation. Overall it was a beautiful condo and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful view

There were a few things that could use some attention. The bunkbeds aren’t that comfortable, and the sheets don’t fit. The rugs haven’t been swept, or shaken. The couches are missing screws and don’t recline easily. Well Stocked home, beautiful views, great amenities and close to everything.

Everything you need!

The view was great. The grill on the balcony was great. Completely stocked kitchen with anything you might need! The only complaint I would have is the beds. In the master and the guest, both beds seemed not very sturdy. We had maintenance come several times to “fix” the master suites bed and it would still end up caving in the middle. The bathrooms are amazing. Love the big soaker tub and the large shower! The kids room had Pac-Man and 2 sets of bunks so plenty room!

Great condo

Best place to stay

Everything was picture perfect . Rooms , decor , quality , upscale .. what not. We planned for a relaxed trip and this vacation fit cent percent what we intended. Condo reflects quality , cleanliness and interest host has taken in making sure it appease all .
