Say hello to Gulf views, sweet sunshine, and the salty breeze at this fantastic corner condo! It's the first time this amazing condo is on a rental site and has been recently and completely renovated with all new furniture, four Smart flatscreen TVs (including a 65 ' in the living room), upgraded HD TV channels, and upgraded high-speed Internet for streaming on the Smart TVs. This retreat also features luxury vinyl plank and tile floors. With a wide array of activities on-site, there will be no delay in filling each vacation day with endless beach memories. When days heat up, the gulf-front shared pools, beach access, and hot tubs will be perfect for getting your fill of Vitamin D. Not to mention, you can take advantage of the shared fitness facility, sauna, or indoor pool if you want a break from the heat. When you find yourself spending some downtime at home base, the fun doesn't have to stop, as you can easily spend hours on the wraparound balcony with a cold drink and a new book in hand to really embrace the slow coastal lifestyle. Inside, everyone can spread out in the living room while favorite shows stream on the flatscreen TV or show off some culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen. Don't worry about needing to get a bit of work done while away, as there is free high-speed WiFi available throughout the complex! The main bathroom has a walk-in tile shower.

Lovely condo
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Only a few minor repairs need to be fixed (lights over stove and in fridge) and we did have an antibiotic invasion that was taken care of by maintenance very efficiently. We will return to stay in this condo again.

Great getaway for Labor Day
We brought our family of six (5 adults and one child) and had a great time. The property's location was perfect for the beach. restaurants, and all the things you do on vacation. The condo was spacious and the amenities (especially the swimming pools) were great.

We selected this condo because the pictures made it look so large, sunfilled and that it had good flow especially in the main rooms. Well guess what, the condo was just like the pictures! No 'fish eye' lenses or false elongated views. We were amazed! Very well equipped kitchen. Clean. Clean. Deck had three front water views. Very competitively prices. Located in heart of Gulf Shores.

GREAT STAY
Loved the cleanliness, very convenient, the size was great and looked like the pictures! Would and will stay again! This is not a complaint.. just a suggestion for family’s coming to stay here bring some Clorox wipes or whatever you use to clean counter tops and a dust pan! You won’t regret booking this condo! We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely!

Nice Gulf Shores Condo
The views from two of the three bedrooms were excellent, the beds were comfortable, the home was very clean with the exception of the area rug in the living room, all appliances were nice and worked well, beach access was exceptional, covered parking was nice and easily accessed, loved the balcony, the wifi didn't work the evening we arrived, but worked fine the next day. We had one smoke detector that began chirping on our last day. Maintenance changed the battery but it didn't take care of the problem. I finally took it down myself and removed the battery to stop the noise. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at 518 and would rent it again.

The best vacation and stay we have ever had!
We loved this condo and the giant balcony! They have so much seating so you never feel like you are sitting on top of each other. We brought our kids and had four adults and it was more than comfortable. The views are incredible and the beds are comfortable. Everything the owners have done to the condo really makes our stay more enjoyable! They have so many cooking supplies, along with a nice coffee maker and even beach chairs for guest to use. They have updated flooring and the master bath shower is beautiful. My favorite condo by far!

Air conditioner went out 2 days ,the repairman came out twice before he finally fixed it, and was...
the condo was very nice, our guest had to sleep on couch as the mattress in first bedroom was sagging so badly in center couldn’t sleep on it. The master bedroom’s door wouldn’t lock.l asked to be compensated, but haven’t heard anything from them. we loved the balcony and lots of furniture to sit out on.

View was amazing but not really anything else about this condo was good. Very old unit, mold in one of the guest bathroom ceilings, the smell was awful when we entered. When the wind would blow the railings were so loud you could not sleep.

Not Deserving of a 5-Star Rating
Based on 25 five-star reviews, we expected to be blown away by this condo. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We arrived to find one of the bathrooms had a non-functioning toilet and a leak that was seeping through the wall. The person at the property management company said the tank on the toilet was supposed to be replaced that day, but apparently the plumber didn’t do it. She could not get him to come fix it until the next day, so our first night, we were short one toilet and had a leaky wall. The toilet eventually was fixed, but they said they couldn’t do anything about the leak. Their solution was to hang a towel on a hook then drape the towel ends over the towel bar and the shower rod to soak up the water running down the wall. The two Vacasa representatives we dealt with were nice and apologetic about the circumstances -- however, their politeness doesn't excuse the severity of the issue. We asked to be compensated for these inconveniences, to which they agreed. However, considering what we paid to rent the unit, the money we were refunded can only be described as a token. But even if we hadn't encountered the plumbing problems, we're hard-pressed to rate this unit any higher than three stars. VRBO will not allot the room to list all the issues, but suffice it to say the bathrooms need work (regrouting, recaulking, fixture replacement, addressing mildew and rust), the balcony furniture needs to be replaced, the owner/management didn’t provide basic staples such as seasonings, foil/plastic wrap and laundry detergent. And to cap it all off, we had to pay a $40 parking fee. The extended balcony and view are fantastic, but the unit could do with an overall “wellness” check, some TLC in the bathrooms, outdoor furniture updates and a deep clean throughout.

Gorgeous condo
This condo is full of nice things. It is cared for. You can for sure tell that. Furniture is still really new looking and nice. Well stocked! The walk-in shower in the master bath is a very nice added feature. The balcony wraps around the condo and you get some AMAZING views from it. We had no issues during our stay. Great job on keeping this home nice for us renters.
