quiet and family-friendly accommodation in the countryside near Jena for 2-4 persons

Beautiful, sunny and detached bungalow with large south-facing terrace ideal for 2 people near Jena. If you are looking for peace and relaxation is right!

The accommodation comprises a large open plan living area with sofa 180x200 cm large box spring. W-LAN available. A well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-burner hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (filter coffee and Nespresso capsule) is at your disposal. A cozy shower room with window and towel warmer.
Enjoy your breakfast on the large furnished sun terrace or grill delicious original Thuringian sausage on a Weber gas grill.

An extra bed with extra bed for 1 person is possible.
In addition, a toddler can sleep in the parents' bed or in the provided travel cot.

The prices are incl. Bed sheets towels. Furthermore, an extra bed for 1 person on a comfortable extra bed for an extra charge possible (children under 6 years free, from 7 years we charge 6 € per additional person and day, extra to pay locally, not included in the stated price).

The bungalow is detached with no direct neighbors and surrounded by about 800qm meadow and fruit trees. Just a short walk takes you directly into the nature reserve, from here you can explore the Thuringian Saale valley on well-marked trails. Sports equipment can be safely parked in a garage.

The town Kahla is the ideal base to explore the natural and the cultural attractions of Thuringia. The university town of Jena is only 15km away. Weimar, Erfurt and the castles of the Saale valley are within a short time. Sports fans will not miss out. Ride the Saaleradweg by bike up to the Dornburg castles or explore the area by kayak from the Saale.

Fijne vakantie
Prachtig omgeving. Mooie ligging. Het bed is er zacht daar moet je aan gewend zijn. Knus huis. Veel rust met in de verte de b weg hoorbaar. Wij vonden het een prima verblijf vooral om de omgeving te verkennen met onze cabrio.

Erholsame Tage
Für knapp 10 Tage waren wir in dem Bungalow, welcher sich im hinteren, abgetrennten Grundstück der Vermieter befindet. Das Grundstück liegt in einer Sackgasse. Hauptstraße und Containerplatz sind zwar zeitweise zu hören - stören aber nicht arg. . Der ca 35 m2 große Bungalow besteht aus einem kombinierten Wohn- /Schlafraum und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit allem was man so braucht. Im Duschbad befindet sich eine Eckdusche mit Glasabtrennung. . Die großen Fenster konnten mittels Rolläden bzw. Vorhang abgedunkelt werden; dadurch blieb es innen angenehm kühl. . Nicht so angenehm empfanden wir das Boxspringbett mit der großen, sehr weichen Matratze / aber das mag eben jeder anders. . Der Bahnhof Kahla ist in 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar; Lebensmittelgeschäfte ebenso in 10-15 Minuten. Abgesehen von ein paar sehr schön restaurierten Häusern in der Altstadt hat der Ort selbst nicht viel zu bieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten erholsame Tage. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir hatten nix zu beanstanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und alles war unkompliziert! Ein Besuch der Leuchtenburg und des Planetariums sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütlicher und sauberer Bungalow in guter Lage
Der Bungalow ist total gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber. Als wir ankamen lagen bereits frische Handtücher bereit und das Bett war frisch bezogen. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und der Bungalow liegt schön am Ortsrand. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Fijn verblijf in Kahla
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Kahla. Hele aardige eigenaresse, de woning ligt afgescheiden op het grote grondstuk van de familie. Het huisje is voorzien van een heerlijk bed, keuken en prima badkamer. De tuin is heerlijk en rustgevend. Prima uitvalsbasis voor tochten te voet, op de fiets of met de auto. Wij komen graag weer.

Heerlijk rustig weekje
Samen met de hond in het huisje verbleven. Mooi schoon en alles lijkt wel gloednieuw. Mooie grote tuin en heerlijk zacht bed. De tuin is alleen veel schuiner dan het lijkt op de fotos! De BBQ werkt super en de vuurschaal is veel gebruikt :). De eigenaars hond Antonia kwam af en toe buurten bij onze hond en was gezellig. De omgeving is niet heel toeristisch, maar met een stukje rijden zit je zo in Weimar. Ook Khala porselein fabriek was heel gaaf. Fijne week gehad! Bedankt!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen und bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind tadellos und liebevoll, der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Schöne Tage in Kahla
Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Familie Riedl. Sie war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen geben.

Sehr schön sauber und ruhig, gut geeignet für Ausflüge,
Das Häuschen liegt auf einem riesen Grundstück und ist selbst noch mal abgezäunt. Das Ein -Zimmer Apartment ist modern , geräumig und angenehm eingerichtet. Wohn- und Schlafgelegenheit ist eins. Ein Sofa gibt es nicht, da nutz man halt das Bett mit. Es ist sauber, ruhig, abgeschieden, dabei sind Jena, Weimar sowie die Attraktionen der Saale gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Nebenbei gibt es in Kahla noch die Porzellanfabrik mit Fabrikverkauf und Debeukela (Outlet). So hat man für sonnige Tage den Garten zum entspannen, Burg Leuchtenberg, und Wanderungen an der Saale mit seine "Bergen" (kann schon sehr steil sein) Flussufern, Stauanlagen, Burgen etc.. Für Regen gibt es die örtlichen Fabrikverkäufe, Für Wetter dazwischen sind Jena, Weimar und etwas weiter Erfurt sehenswert. Die Vermieter sind nett, zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht einen nicht zu stören, stehen jedoch bei Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Der Haushund , der mal kurz vorbeischaute, war sowas von wohlerzogen was ich selten gesehen habe. Er bellt einen auch nicht an, falls das für jemand interessant ist. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt
Wir waren das erste Mal nach den Ausgehbeschränkungen wieder unterwegs. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine Häuschen liegt sehr idyllisch auf dem selben Grundstück wie das Haus der Gastgeber. Da das Häuschen jedoch seinen eigenen Gartenbereich hat welcher eingezäunt ist, hat man das Gefühl völlig ungestört und alleine zu sein. Erfurt und Weimar sind innerhalb von 30 bis 40 Minuten erreichbar. Aufgrund der Coronobeschränkungen waren Abends keine Gaststätten in Kahla offen. Dies hat dem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch getan. Alles in allem immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Familientrip
Es ist ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt gewesen. Der Check In klappte ohne Probleme und die Inhaber sowie auch der Hund sind sehr freundlich. Wir konnten mit unserem Sohn ein paar schöne Tage in Thüringen verbringen. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen aber auch mit dem Auto lohnt es sich nach Weimar/Erfurt zu fahren.
