On-site, enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, a picnic area with tables and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand.

Gulf House 503

To begin with; the cleanliness of the condo was pretty great! Access to the beach was very convenient! The buliding itself is pushed back and sandwiched between 2 other buildings so we didn’t have much privacy unless we shut the blinds which kept the sun out. The photo of the pool in this listing is deceiving. The actual pool is a completely different shape and there is NO SUN that hits the pool & it was VERY dirty! The outdoor shower is just a hose with a sprayer attached to rinse sand off. We were not given an access code to get to the pool & grill area. We had to ask another couple for it. The grills were filthy, master bed is in poor condition and sagging. Master shower is ridiculously tiny to where we didn’t even attempt to use it. The couch is sticky and smells like a wet dog as well as the living room carpet. I also got a decent sized piece of glass in my heel from the living room carpet. (which also had a blood stain) Dishwasher, oven, & fridge were great. The elevator went out, but was quickly repaired.

Great Condo

This condo was just what me and my girls needed to refresh on our spring break trip. Vacasa is always a great company to book with. The condo was extremely clean. There were plenty of towels and blankets even for 5 women. The kitchen is set up a little different. It can be a bit of a scavenger hunt to find all of the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc but they are all there. The beach was very close to the condo and parking was never an issue. Overall a great experience for me and my friends. We will definitely be back!
