You are looking for relaxation, Sightseeing or cultural change?
We offer one of our beautiful studio apartments in a quiet, but also near town location.
Our modern and friendly furnished apartment has a size of 30 m².
An occupancy of max. 4 people is possible in principle, but should be carefully considered because of the size of our apartments.
The apartments have a small well-equipped single kitchen.
This includes, among other refrigerator / microwave / coffeemaker / kettle / toaster.
Furthermore, our apartments include a living-dining area, a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
For close relatives or family members is a modern sofa bed available, both
Bedding is 1.60 meters wide.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary.
From the cottage you can easily explore the surrounding area, either on foot or by bike. If you can not bring your own wheels, you are with us what is available.

Wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist zwar recht klein, sie bietet aber mehr Komfort und Atmosphäre als viele größere Wohnungen. Die Aufteilung ist klug ausgedacht. Die Einrichtung strahlt Funktionalität, aber auch sehr viel Gemütlichkeit aus. Man kann sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Einfach Super!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Geniale helle freundliche Unterkunft

Auf der kleinen Fläche perfekt gestaltet, alles war da. Habe den Aufenthalt mit Ebike sehr genossen.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung

Eine saubere, sehr schön eingerichtete kleine Wohnung und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Lage ist für Hundebesitzer prima, weil unmittelbar vor der Tür Grünflächen vorhanden sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Accogliente e funzionale

Accogliente, funzionale. Estremamente curato e pulito, si ha l'impressione di entrare in un appartamento in cui ogni cosa è nuova. Il bagno è perfetto, con una doccia da wellness hotel. La zona è tranquilla, di fronte un parco, importante per noi che abbiamo un cane. Vicino alla campagna, a un bel lago e a tante cose da visitare, il centro di Lipsia facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Klein aber sehr fein

Die Wohnung hatte trotz Ihrer "Größe " alles was man braucht. Die Entfernungen zur Innenstadt und zu den nahegelegenen Seen ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr ruhigen Wohngegend genossen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Tolle kleine Wohnung, ein echtes Raumwunder, liebevoll eingerichtet, super mit Hund, auch wegen des nahen Goetheparks. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Klein und fein

Gut durchdachte kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was eine Fewo braucht. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Viel Grün drumherum. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Freundliche und bemühte Vermieterin. Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Und absolut perfekt: die Nähe zum Neuseenland mit tollen Wassersportangeboten und schönem Strand sowie guter Gastronomie.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, nicht die größte, aber ein wahres Raumwunder! Alles war sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und in einem Top Zustand. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr modern mit einer tollen Dusche! Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt, würden wir uns nur Baumwollbettwäsche wünschen. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
