Summary:
Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in parking garage.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Space:
One king bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room is a queen.
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking/eating in when the mood strikes. Washer and dryer.
There is a large smart TV with streaming capabilities ONLY. So, you'll have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

This condo is 850 square feet.

The Neighborhood:
Restaurant options everywhere within easy walking distance.
Handy neighborhood market around the corner on Union Street has one of the best butchers in town- Maxbauers.

Getting Around:
You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage.

Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES.

HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street.
OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)

Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.

EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Great Location
This location was perfect for my family. We brought our 6 year old and 3 year old to Traverse City for a few days. Walked to the downtown area and beach. Short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Clean, quiet, walkable, and lovely stay. Parking was full sometimes but the parking garage next door also has metered spots that are free after 6pm until 8am which worked for us a couple times in a pinch.

Great Traverse City location
Beautiful top floor condo close to downtown! Walking distance from downtown, great location. The place was very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen with all that you'd need. One thing to note, this did have cable TV and no smart TV (as the description says at the time I'm writing this). Bed was a king and was comfortable too. Good communication from the host and the management company throughout the stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay close to downtown where you can walk anywhere.

Great Stay
We have stayed in this complex a number of times and it never disappoints. Property manager is easy to work with and professional. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated and close to downtown.
