The apartment is about 70 square meters. Through the garden you reach the entrance of the completely renovated apartment Loni. You enter the approximately 30 square meter kitchen with dining area. Next door you will find the spacious (40 sqm) living room with a comfortable living area (extendable 1.40 x 2 m), a large TV flat and a Swedish stove for romantic evenings for two. The patio door leads to your covered barbecue area with a cozy seating area and separate smoker cookies.
The garden is shared with our second apartment. The bedroom area has two single beds, on request also as a double bed possible.  The large wardrobe and many nice details make for a harmonious living. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and an outside window.
Parking in front of the house. Lockable garaging for bicycles available. E-bikers can refuel for free. Butchers and bakers are within walking distance, supermarkets by car in about 3 minutes.
