"Huis Hermes" Luxury holiday home in Julianadorp aan zee, North Holland

The comfortably furnished holiday home offers everything for a wonderful holiday for a maximum of 6 persons: It is located only 400m from dunes, beach and sea in the thatched settlement "Duynopgangh". The exact location of the house, please refer to the photo in our gallery.
Overall, the house has 120 square meters. Downstairs there is a new modern kitchen and a cozy living-dining room, a gas fireplace provides here for special atmosphere. Toilets and a storage room with washing machine are also available.
The upper floor was completely refurbished and partly renovated. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 1,80x2m, 1 double bed 1,60x2m and in the third room 2 single beds 1x2m). The new bathroom has a bath and shower.
In the garden you will find a terrace with modern garden furniture, as well as another "water terrace" made of wood, situated on the "Fleet", a small watercourse that leads through the park.
In a garden house with thatched roof umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and a car are available. Before the house can max. 2 car park. Due to the thatched roofs, open fires and barbecues with charcoal are prohibited, a high-quality Weber electric grill is available.
WI-FI available. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are also not allowed.
The arrival and departure days are Friday / Saturday and Monday.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Huis Hermes ist ein toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es stand alles zur Verfügung,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Freude haben die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bereitet.Die Lage direkt hinter der Dünenlandschaft ist nett.Lieben Dank.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Alles da, was man braucht, viel Platz für die ganze Familie und eine hervorragende Lage: unweit zum Strandaufgang der Dünen und trotzdem geschützt und ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke schön!

Schöner Urlaub
Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Strand war Fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, was den Urlaub sehr entspannt gestaltet hat. Unsere Bitte zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne einmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Häuschen
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, das Haus hat eine schöne Aufteilung und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super für alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Gas Ofen für die kühleren Tage ist ein Highlight. Leider war nicht alles sauber. Der Backofen die Schubladen in der Küche sowie Teile des Bestecks mussten wir erstmal schrubben. Der Bereich hinter dem Herd ist bespritzt und klebrig. Auch der Baby Hochstuhl musste vor Nutzung erstmal gereinigt werden. Das war bei Ankunft nicht so schön. Auch das Bad könnte sauberer sein. Für das „Luxus Haus“ definitiv ein Minus Punkt.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat eine super Ausstattung. Egal nach was man gesucht hat, man wurde fündig. Das Ferienhaus können wir wirklich empfehlen :)

Super Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt
Das Ferienhaus ist super gelegen in einem kleinen ruhigen Ferinpark. Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarhäusern ist gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist nett und unkompliziert. Ein paar Dinge stechen im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienhäusern (und wir waren schon in vielen) aus unserer Sicht sehr positiv hervor: Die sehr gut aufbereiteten und exakten Informationen zum Ferienhaus Die Bettenqualität ist wirklich 1a! Das Spirituosenangebot inklusive Begrüßungssekt Das Golfequipment Der Kamin Der Grill Der Feedbackbogen. Habe ich in der Form noch nie bei anderen Ferienhäusern gesehen. Man merkt sofort, hier wird sich gekümmert... Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir sind keine Pauschalurlauber und verbringen daher unsere Urlaube immer in ansprechenden FH in ganz Europa. Dieses Haus, die Umgebung ,natürlich auch unsere niederländische Nachbarn, ist einer unserer Favoriten. Wir waren 2022 3x im Huis Hermes. Und ja, wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in top Lage
Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Huis Hermes gehabt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Der Außenbereich ist schön gelegen und hielt ebenfalls alles bereit, was man benötigte. Einziges Manko waren die sehr dünnen Wände. Alle waren begeistert vom Haus, sodass ich es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben ruhig gelegen in einer Ferienhaussiedlung schön und gepflegt und nah (10 min laufen) am Strand gelegen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben man konnte alles nutzen von Liegestühlen bis Schirmen auf der Terrasse. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub

IMMER WIEDER KLASSE!
3mal waren wir jetzt schon in diesem wunderschönen und optimal ausgestatteten Haus in bester Lage, 3 Wochen konnten wir dieses Mal bleiben, das machte 3 äußerst glückliche Kinder und 2 extrem erholte und tiefenentspannte Eltern. Ergo: die Rechnung ging auch dieses Mal auf! Vielen Dank dafür!
