Beautiful Condo with a Great View!

This property was perfect for our 2 month stay in Naples. The condo was spacious and clean. The comfortable decor made it feel like home. The pool was lovely and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed walking to many restaurants. The location is ideal! The Ritz-Carlton is across the street which made for easy access to the restaurants and particularly their outdoor restaurant on the beach - perfect for beautiful sunsets! Casey was the perfect host and was extremely responsive in providing information. Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Vanderbilt Beach Condo Was Fantastic

My stay at this condo was relaxing and very enjoyable. The screened in lanai was such a great place to read a book, meditate, and / or visit with family. The rooms are spacious and there was plenty room for multiple guests. Lots to do in the area. The condo pool was a perfect place to cool off or grab some rays. The property owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Thank you!

Warm in February!

The condo was just as advertised. A short walk to the beach and to Buzz’s for a quick bite or cocktail. We wanted extra space, as there were only two of us, and it was great for that. The master bedroom and bath were roomy, as was the kitchen and family room. Coffee on the patio was a perfect wake up. Nice appliances and kitchen was reasonably stocked (foil, salt and pepper, ziploc bags, etc…)

Great and comfortable condo!

We stayed 2 weeks in this unit, and it was a wonderful place to call home! We have stayed in Regatta before, love the resort feeling. This unit is on the end, so was more spacious than other units we have been in. The balcony is open on 2 sides, so can be quite breezy on the 10th floor! 2-3 blocks to the beach, needed supplies included. Rented bikes while we were there to get around easily and ride the neighborhoods. Would definitely go back and stay again. Great communication from the landlord Casey as well!

Great stay!

Our condo worked out great for our family. The location is perfect, close to the beach and many grocery stores and excellent shopping. The floor plan of the condo had 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The owner has everything you will need to make your stay fun. Super big screened in porch with a beautiful view of water! Tv’s in every room. The facility has 2 pools and small workout area and also has a place to grill by the pool. There are no restaurants on site but nearby there are.

Perfection!

This condo is everything it claims to be and more. Clean, large, super well-equipped, comfortable, with a gorgeous view and in the perfect location. The short walk to the lovely beach was easy even for my 5 year old. The pool was amazing and laid back and my kids had such a blast swimming and playing for hours. Casey was more than accommodating in response to a few questions I had at the start of the week. I just can't say enough about our wonderful week and we can't wait to return!

Close to perfection. Met/exceeded expecations.

Close to perfection.......that is: Short walk to a very, very nice beach. I would say 10 minutes, from the time you leave the 10th floor condo, until you are sitting on the beach. Beach chairs in the condo were perfect. Very nice view from balcony, and perfect for 4 adults for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2 pools were very nice. Quiet and not crowded. Gas grills were great for fish & steaks....dinner on the balcony twice. Communication with owner was very, very good, before & after stay. I do not recall the need to contact him once during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet & secure. Thank you for the privilege of staying in your condo.

Large tenth floor end unit

Very nice, large 10th floor end unit. Three bedrooms plus additional sleeping area off kitchen. We used it as a gathering and dinner area for a Mom and four adult married children and five grandchildren, although half of us actually stayed in a second Regatta unit. The dining room and large porch table were perfect for dinners. The Owner provided all the information we could have requested and was easily reachable by email during our stay. We all highly recommend this unit.

Memorable Christmas holiday at the Regatta

We have stayed in Naples multiple times and this was our first time at the Regatta. This condo exceptional in every way. There was so much room, inside and out for everyone to enjoy. We never felt crowded. The views were breathtaking both day and night. We loved having an end unit which brought in so much light and views from every room. We rented some toddler supplies from a local baby rental store but were pleasantly surprised to find there was already a toddler bed and small table/chairs for our twin grandsons to use (they loved having their own table). It was nice to have the den space with the pullout sofa for the nights we had a few extra guests and worked great as just a separate “quiet” sitting area. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed as we cooked many of our meals there. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat with the dining room table, bar areas and outside lanai (my favorite spot). The flooring was new and easy to keep clean. There were beach chairs, towels, coolers, and sand toys for all to enjoy as the beach was just a short walk away. The pool was a great alternative to the beach and wonderful for smaller kids. We used the grill area a couple of times and was very convenient. This has been our favorite location in Naples so far as we were close to everything we needed. Casey was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly. We were sad to leave as we enjoyed every minute we were there and would love to book with you again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for cooking. The property's pool was also nice. The location was convenient, only a couple of blocks walk to a very nice beach and a short drive to needed conveniences and sights worth seeing. The owner is very easy to work with and responds promptly. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was as advertized. It was a great view of the bay and ocean.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Kids can walk to the beach or pool. Everything you need at your fingertips. Our family loved cooking out on the grills by the pool. Great location easy access to the beach shopping and Mercado for eating or shopping. Beach chairs available at condo. The pool is kid friendly and we met so many nice people. North Naples Beauty

Just what we hoped for

The apartment is comfortable and roomy. Will accommodate many guests. At the same time, my wife and I felt very much at home. The views are great, the location awesome, the facilities are nice and the apartment was well stocked. All you need to add is food and drink. A very easy stay.
