The sands of Indian Rocks Beach are a block and a half from this home! It sits conveniently in line with 21st Avenue Beach Access so you don't have to walk out of your way to find the closest crosswalk to the beach! The access also has an outdoor shower for beachgoers' convenience.
Upon entering the home you will know you are on vacation with the fresh and airy beach style, brand-new bathrooms, and top-notch cleanliness. The bungalow features two sitting areas- a living room right upon entering the unit and a second living area and a dining room is featured at the center of the home. Each living room has a comfy sitting area, TV, and ceiling fan.
Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, a ground coffee pot, Keurig (with start-up coffee supplies) all major stainless steel kitchen appliances, and a dishwasher. The eat-in kitchen has a four-top table and sits near the large sliding doors that lead to the outdoor living space.
Living Rooms: The bungalow features two sitting areas- a living room right upon entering the unit and a second living area and a dining room is featured at the center of the home. Each living room has a comfy sitting area, TV, and ceiling fan. There is a Big Couch in the front living room that can sleep two extra kids or adults. The second living area has a sliding door leading you to the screened-in patio and backyard space.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, and window with street views.
Bedroom #2: Has a Queen-sized bed, twin over twin bunk bed plus twin trundle, ceiling fan, closet, and windows overlooking the outdoor living area. This room can sleep five guests in total.
Bedroom #3: Has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and TV.
Bedroom #4: Has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and closet.
Bathroom #1: This full bathroom has a vanity sink, a beautifully tiled shower, and a toilet.
Bathroom #2: The full bathroom has a vanity sink, toilet, and a beautifully tiled shower with a tub.
Outdoors: A fenced-in backyard with Adirondack chairs, a ceiling fan for the screened-in porch, and a hot tub.
*A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the unit for guest use.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. Street and grass parking is not permitted.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is within walking distance to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Coco's Crush Bar, and Grill Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance.
The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World
