a nice sejour and kitchen with all the equipment.
the terrace is facing the ocean and the beach you have a nice sofa to relax on and a dinning table for any occcasion watching the view.
you have a private gated parking.
the condo is located in Anse Marcel in the french side( only 2 units there so very private) in one of the nicest beach.
walking distance to restaurants, grocery , water sport and shopping.
perfect for a hideaway vacation.
then you have at 5 mn by car the bigger gocery store and shops.
for outside dinner orient baie or grand case at 5 mn also with ones of the best gastronomie restaurants.
