Beautiful house on Almond & Pistachio Farm

Farm house on a 70 + acre beautiful property with a almond farm near 99 highway off Avenue 9 in Madera Ranchos. There is ample parking and ability to be indoors or outdoors. Beautiful kitchen and sitting areas. Peaceful, relaxing and a joy. Fifteen minutes from Fresno shopping centers. Short distance to nearby hikes, lakes and shopping.
Currently the farm has pistachio trees around the house which are smaller than the almond trees as those in the pictures.
Absolutely no parties or events. Otherwise you will be charged extra fees.

perfect place for our group

We stayed at the house with our race team and it was a great set up for that. Everything worked as expected, could have been cleaner and the "2nd" bedroom in the additional space is a loft, accessed by climbing a vertical ladder built out of 2x4's. Not a big deal for our crowd, but should be noted, so the next people are aware of it. That room had dead bugs, probably because the cleaners are not going to climb the vertical ladder, again, not a huge deal to us, but pointing it out so the next renter is aware of it or the owners make sure it is dialed in a little better. Would defiantly stay again, and the owners was very responsive in getting back to me Thursday evening.
