My Mom, sister-in-law and I stayed a long weekend at this house and really enjoyed it. It was clean, well-decorated, had nice amenities, owners paid attention to detail and comfort of their guests. We would recommend this property.
The property was easy to find, easy to enter, close to everywhere we went. The house is well supplied, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The owners provided useful information on the house/appliance and the greater Dayton area.
Great place to stay. Everything you could want is near by. Air Force Museum was only a couple of miles away. Kroger around the corner. Many parks and places to visit NY within about 20 miles at the most.
The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and the neighborhood was very quiet though close to the Highway. I was in town for a conference at Dayton Convention Center and this was a great place to meet and swap the kids with my parents and spend family time for a day. There’s a great cabinet of games, and some toys that I wasn’t expecting, and the book of where to eat and things to do proved very useful, we went 3 of the recommended places and they were all excellent.
I didn’t communicate with the hosts so I can’t comment on how responsive they are, but the place was well kept and check in and check out was extremely easy and straight forward. If this same conference is held in Dayton next year, I hope to be back.
Newly refurbished, clean, nice, comfortable, convenient, affordable, good base of operations/activities in Dayton Ohio and surrounding communities. Our 4 year old granddaughter now refers to it as her Ohio home.
My spouse, 2 daughters and I stayed at this perfect little home in Riverside while visiting family in Dayton for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house had everything we needed and more. They even provided pre-loaded laundry detergent in the washer for us to use. The kitchen was fully stocked. The kids each had their own room, and the beds were very comfortable. The open living and dining room was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing as well. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We would love to book here again on our next trip to the Dayton area.
Super clean all updated. Great beds. Quiet neighborhood with birdies chirping in the morning. Fully equipped kitchen with all spices and a kurig coffee maker. Cabinet full of games. We stayed there for UD graduation. Only 10 minutes from campus. Highly recommend!!!
Girls bowling tournament weekend. Was great location for us, for both alleys. House was perfect for us to spend our down time in. Large enough to give us room and quaint enough for us to socialize in the evening. Thanks for the perfect place.
Excellent stay! The house was very clean and very comfortable. Everything you will need for a stay is provided. Loved the back patio. Highly recommend this property.
My best friend and I came to town to visit a nearby bookstore and to just spend time together and read books. This house was perfect and exactly as shown here. It was very clean, well taken care of, amazingly comfortable couch to curl up on, soft towels, the list goes on. We used the guide left by the owners for some dinner recommendations, and those were great as well. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.
This home was nice in a good location for what I was doing, had a nice patio and grill area. The sheets were very soft and comforters as well, better than most. The home has been updated nicely. A few points that I overlooked there are only 2 tvs in the home so bedroom 2 and 3 have no television. Using the television was tricky at first as it is all online only and I don’t have YouTube tv so I had to figure it out during March Madness👎. The master bathroom is nicely updated however the shower is small and if you are claustrophobic hang it up. At first glance I didn’t think it even had a shower as the door blocked it. The toilet in the master bath had not been cleaned but in the owners defense I didn’t complain I just cleaned it, the rest of the house was spotless so someone may have just forgot. The sidewalk to the front door is busted up so you can’t roll luggage on it but I just took the luggage through the back. The kitchen area was updated clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this property especially if you don’t fall asleep with a television on. I will add this to my favorites for the next trip to Ohio. Communication with owners before trip was easy and they responded quickly.
My wife, two children ages 16 and 9 travelled to Dayton for NCAA. We have had rentals in Florida, so we have an idea of what the owners are challenged with. They location is in a quiet neighborhood, seemingly safe and I wouldn’t change anything about the house. It was organized is a user friendly plug and play design with added comfort and many, many great ideas for the convenience of guest. We ate ate the old water mill near cedar like (great breakfast), stone cold ice cream down town at night with bridges lit up and hit the mall at Fairfield. WPAFB if you have ID. We played games, tried to work out some brain teaser puzzles. I beat the box snake (with assistance from you tube). Lol
Great place! Highly recommended!!
Thanks to the owners for taking the stress out of our trip!!
We really enjoyed staying here. It was cozy, clean, and had plenty of space for 5 guests. The home has many amenities that were helpful to us. Check-in/out was easy and Cindy was very responsive. Highly recommend!
This has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The place exceeded my expectations. Very quiet and clean. It was in the perfect location for me.
This home is wonderful. Perfect for our visit to the University of Dayton for parent's weekend. The house is completely refurbished/remodeled. It is very clean and comfortable. On most days it took us less than 15 minutes to get to campus. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of this home.
We stayed with our three girls and it was perfect! Super clean and organized. Well stocked pantry and toiletries and we had breakfast outside each morning :)
We stayed here for the Air Force Marathon. The house was very cute and comfortable. The only thing I’d recommend is if you have anyone that is light sensitive, they need to sleep in the Master bedroom. The flood lights on the carport are triggered by cars driving past the house. The light bleeds around the curtains and brightens up the back bedrooms during the night. Other than that, beds are comfortable, plenty of items to cook with, and great back yard for grilling!
This house was like a home that I would live in. It had several needed/wanted items that are nice to have while traveling. My wife and I and our two adult sons stayed here during our family reunion that took place nearby. It was nice to come to at the end of the day. The owners were very nice as well!
Hello,
Thank you for a wonderful stay at this wonderful home. We especially enjoyed the grill and tub! We were awakened by the church bells, but that is totally beyond your control. Thank you
This house was so nice and so clean. It was such a cozy house to stay at and was the perfect place for a weekend stay in Dayton with some friends. The price was so good too. Couldn’t reccommend it more.
Rented this property on the premise it was close the UD, which it was not. It was 30 minutes if not more away in a sketchy area and was afraid to leave my car in the driveway. Walked in and it smelled so overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke we had to leave cause we were getting headaches and started coughing. There were signs all over that said no smoking, but that was obviously not the case. Clean though. Had to leave and find a lady minute hotel.
