On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 7 km from the lake, 7 km from the beach, 4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 450 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 400 m. Ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kranjska Gora 4 km.
5-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Bath/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 5 m2, terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Attention, you have to pay a registration fee (1€/person/per stay) on spot.
