This beautiful, brand-new home (built in September 2021) is located just 15 minutes by bike to Bethany Beach, one of the most delightful family resorts on the Delaware beach coast. Bethany Beach is famous for its kid-friendly boardwalk, evening musical concerts, wide sandy beaches, and fine dining. Just north of Salt Aire community is the Indian River Inlet State Park beach and to the south, the Fenwick Island State Park beach. The Cedar Neck area of Ocean View has that old-time feeling from beach neighborhoods of years ago. The local neighborhood grocery store, quiet streets, and the neighboring James Farm Ecological Preserve offer a haven for your family that is only minutes from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Salt Aire may remind you of that old beach house you visited as a child, but it is a thoroughly modern update of the style. This home, located in the Salt Aire community, is elevated on sturdy pilings with plenty of covered guest parking! The home features an open floor plan with a large welcome eat-in kitchen, dining space for 10, and spacious bedrooms and baths. The home also features a first-floor master bedroom & bath with luxury vinyl throughout the whole home. Beach paradise

This is a little slice of beach paradise. Extremely clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient being about halfway between Ocean city and Rehoboth. I really hope this place is available when we make our next beach trip.

Wonderful house

Our 3rd fantastic vacation. Robby has a fantastic home and has thought of everything to make it perfect. One of the best parts is it’s dog friendly, our dog has really enjoyed the house too.

Best vacation ever

We had amazing vacation the house was perfect with 2 little ones we had a lot of room to relax when we weren’t on the beach! The drive to the beach is easy and quick your so close to the store and a quick drive to OC Maryland this is our family 2 year vacation at this house and we will be back again next year!

Perfect Family Vacation

Beautiful, immaculate, dog-friendly house. Robby's home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved both the screened-in and the front porches. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. We brought games to play but as it turned out, Robby already had the same games at the house! We are looking forward to staying here again!

Family Vacation at Ocean Oasis

It is a beautiful home that was perfect for the six of us plus one dog. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in deck on the back of the house as well as the porch out front. The kitchen was wonderful. Since there were two children under the age of 12 another television would have been helpful. That is my only suggestion. We loved everything else about the house, the location, etc.

My husband, daughter and I had the best time here the house was perfect and so cozy it was so close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! It was so relaxing we loved the screened in porch at night! We will be back next year for sure!

Awesome rental!

My husband, dog and I come to this area every year after Labor Day and this has been by far the best rental we’ve had. We had a fabulous week and definitely plan on returning!

First annual family vacation

We were thrilled, everything was quality and so many thinks thought of for us to use. Robby is a great host and was very nice to communicate with. We were 4 adult couples, 1 baby under 2 and 2 dogs. We all fit perfectly with the trundle bed upstairs under the lower bunk. We were within minutes of Bethany Beach and Fenwick island state park, to swim etc., so close to the board walk and shopping and delicious restaurants of all kinds. We all agreed we would love to return and the comforts and great location of the home certainly played a great part in the joy we had during our stay in Delaware! 🌞

Amazing house & location

We had a wonderful time! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Robby truly thought of all the little things, including everything for the dog-crate included! We didn’t have to bring a lot which was nice. The location was great, short 10 min drive to Bethany but far away to enjoy some peace and quiet. From our location we were able to easily get to the supermarket (5 min) and visit, Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen, James Farm Ecological Preserve where we could bring our dog and Ocean City MD. Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing beach house find

We have been coming to the Fenwick/Bethany area for many years now and this has been, by far, the best property we have rented! We loved the neighborhood, the house, the outdoor shower and the kitchen (what an amazing kitchen). We especially loved that we did not need to pull our giant dog crate out of the car and set it up! Robby was very responsive, gave a great recommendation for a dog friendly bayside beach (James Farm Eco Preserve) and was super helpful. We will definitely become return guests!
