In addition to two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds and direct access to the respective terraces, the apartment has a large living room with dining area and open kitchen, incl. GS and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and large shower.

Herbsturlaub im vielseitigen Hamburg

Wir haben uns in der sehr schönen Wohnung absolut wohl gefühlt!!! Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Lage für die Infrastruktur und U-Bahn war perfekt. Einen Nachteil weist die Wohnung allerdings auf, deshalb haben wir auch einen Stern abgezogen. Keine 30 Meter entfernt ist eine zentrale "Zubringerstraße" zur Innenstadt. Ein Schlafzimmer lag zu dieser Seite. Am Wochenende hat diese nicht gestört. Unter der Woche waren viele Fahrgeräusche ab 5:00 Uhr für uns mit leichtem Schlaf und gutem Gehör zu hören und wurden zunehmend laut und mehr ab 6:00 Uhr aufgrund von ausgeprägtem Verkehr von Lastern, Autos, etc.. So sind wir dann leider entsprechend früh aufgestanden. Ein Hinweis darauf hätte uns sehr gefreut.

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig aber dennoch zentral.

We hadden een fijn verblijf, modern en net appartement. Prima locatie, vlak bij metro en busstation. Wij vinden dat er te weinig serviesgoed aanwezig was, er waren bijvoorbeeld geen wijnglazen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung meinen Urlaub in Hamburg verbringen und jedem weiterempfehlen! Der CheckIn ist sehr unkompliziert, auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist top, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, und von dort aus eine direkte Verbindung zum Hbf (weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrt). Man hat alles in der Nähe, was man braucht (Restaurants, Bäcker, Aldi, ...) Wohnung ist sehr sauber, alles genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Nur die Lüftung im Bad ist etwas überfordert (es gibt hier kein Fenster), wenn 4 Personen hintereinander duschen. Dazu muss man sagen, dass ich mit 3 Mädels (im Alter von 17-28) unterwegs war, die bei gefühlt 50°C jeweils 30 Minuten duschen :-D

Schöne Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen

Die ebenerdige Wohnung ist gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Das fensterlose Bad ist groß und neuwertig, aber leider hat es ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, das Abluftsystem ist zu schwach. Die kleine Innenhof Terrasse mit Tische und Stühle war sehr ruhig, aber etwas ungepflegt. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr verständnisvolle Vermieterin.

Leider musste ich sehr kurzfristig unsere Reise absagen, weil meine Tochter ins Krankenhaus kam. Daher kann ich nichts über die Ferienwohnung sagen. Frau Coersten allerdings kann ich bewerten. Sie war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Mit ganz lieben Worten hat sie mich sogar beruhigt, da ich total aufgewühlt durch die Situation war. Ich kann volle Punkte geben für die Freundlichkeit!!! Wir hoffen sehr, daß wir unsere Reise ein anderes Mal machen können und dann möchten wir unbedingt bei Frau Coersten wieder buchen. Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank für alles.

Toller Städteurlaub in Hamburg

Es war alles im ganzen echt gut und eine schöne Wohnung welche zu viert total ausreichend ist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein bissel verwirrend was halt der Corona Situation geschuldet ist. Wo die Kominikation immer ein bissel auf der Strecke belibt. Aber es war eine schöne Zeit in Hamburg

Schöne Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Geräumig, gut gelegen

Die Wohnung in Wandsbek ist ideal, wenn man mit U-Bahn oder S-Bahn in dies Stadt fahren und sich Parkplatzsuchen sparen möchte (an der Wohnung ist die Parksituation auf öffentlichen Stellflächen sehr gut gewesen). Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut gepflegt. Die Feuchtigkeit im (fensterlosen) Badezimmer ist allerdings ein Problem (auch an der Decke sichtbar). Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit in Breite und (weniger) Härte zufriedenstellenden Einzelbetten ausgestattet; Ablagemöglichkeiten sind allerdings begrenzt (nur ein Nachttisch - in einem Raum defekt - und ein stummer Diener pro Zimmer). Küche und Wohnzimmer sind stylisch, geräumig und tragen zu einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt bei (das Geschirr in Ordnung, punktuell war eine Vorreinigung vor Gebrauch leider nötig). Da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Hamburg ganz gut erscheint, würde ich als Schulnote eine 2- für die Wohnung geben und auch noch einmal wiederkommen.

Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Alles was braucht, kann man fußläufig erreichen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig im Grünen liegend.

gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Schlüssel übergabe war Kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. (Handtücher, Bettwäsche Geschiersplülmittel, Spültücher, usw.)
