Hazzardfest Getaway
Enjoyed our stay, accommodations were comfy and more than needed. Fire pits are all the way over at the community pool so we didn’t use those as we had planned. There were no seasonings in the kitchen so be prepared to bring your own. There was just enough dish washer tablets for 2 loads, we would have needed more had we stayed longer than a short weekend. Same for storage bags and tin foil - be safe, bring your own.

Amenities unavailable
The cabin was very clean and looked exactly as it did online. The wifi did not extend past the main floor area including to the bedroom on the main floor. The theater was not usable because the wifi did not reach it! The pool was cold and the grill had no propane so it could not be used! The discount for local eventsis not 200 a day, but for one complimentary ticket a day! There was a live roach on the stairs as well. The hot tub and sauna were great and there was an adequate amount of utensils, towels, and blankets on site. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but will not be renting there again.

Felt like home!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay, the kids loved all the amenities however using the theater room and communicating electronically is difficult due to weak Wi-Fi in the home. Overall a great vacation home!

Great getaway
We enjoyed the house and the location. They were doing some construction during the day but we were gone most of that time and it wasn’t really a bother. The pool and game room were great for our kids and the rooms were all nice. Our only issue was the internet didn’t reach well to the theater room so when we wanted to watch a movie, we couldn’t get any of the apps to load and just had to watch whatever we could find on cable. The location was also great! Close enough to downtown but far enough to enjoy the quiet.

Our 1st night we did not cook but the next morning after cooking breakfast we seen roaches crawling
Nasty roaches crawling on stove inside the bathroom and the day we was checking out they sent the Orkin man nasty. Paid over $3000 to have roaches in the cabin. Construction was going on so no peaceful mornings. This was not listed on Verbo site about construction on the property while we stayed there. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent stay.
The property was beautiful and very clean. Area around the property still had construction but no noise or traffic concerns. We were a party of 9 and we all enjoyed our stay and will return.

Gatlinburg TN, Bear splash lodge
Beautiful family friendly home with a game room, indoor pool, theater room and outdoor sauna and jacuzzi! Location is perfect for downtown Gatlinburg (close drive about 5-7 mins) but away from the chaos! Plenty to do within a short distance whether hiking, shopping, theme parks, museum. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Luxury cabin with potential
We found the cabin to be beautiful upon arrival, but would like to know the following - it is listed as a four bedroom property, it is not clear that the only way to access the fourth bedroom, as well as the in-home theater, is by going through the pool. You must walk physically through the pool room to access the fourth bedroom or the theater room. - This is very awkward with the alarm - which sounds every time you open the door - is disruptive to the entire household. It was not clear that an alarm would sound each and every time the door is opened. There is a bypass button the prevents it from sounding for an extended period but it still goes off each time. The video provided to inform you of how to operate the alarm does not match the alarm in the house. In addition, the signage about a $75 fee was misleading. The alarm only sounds at the house and will not alert authorities. - The gas fireplace did not work in the living room and took multiple days for them to fix. - There were no instructions on how to operate the gas grill outside. - The icemaker in the freezer did not work the entire time we were there (6 nights). - there were no stairs to get in and out of the hot tub - There was no ability to utilize a fire stick, with the number of flatscreen TVs this was disheartening especially in the theater room. Additionally, with the theater room in basement WiFi was terrible for trying to use onscreen apps (Netflix) - The stairs going up to the game room in the two bedrooms upstairs are steep and dangerous. Three members of our family fell at the bottom of the stairs Otherwise, the space has everything you could need in the office was friendly and available. However, while the staff was available to speak with it took multiple calls and lengthy wait times to get a maintenance man to assist when needed.

No need to leave the cabin!
There is no need to leave the cabin because you have all of the amenities there. Plenty of space, the theater room, pool & pool table. We had a few hiccups that were corrected on Saturday afternoon after receiving a call from the manager. Overall, a great experience!
