STUNNING 2BR VILLA STEPS FROM BEACH IN SOUTH BEACH WITH SUNRISES HILTON HEAD
Steps from the beach, this bright and beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, 3rd-floor villa is the perfect location for your next visit to Hilton Head. It is all about proximity in South Beach, you are less than five minutes walking to the beach with no crowds, a local dolphin pod and gorgeous sunsets over the Calibogue Sound. Rinse off on your way back at the new shower station located in the center of the complex near the bike storage racks.
Whether you are staying a few days or a few weeks, this property has been designed with comfortable living in mind. With all new flooring, furniture, wall treatments and lighting, you will notice designer finishes in every room creating a luxurious and relaxing space. The open concept and vaulted ceilings give the great room a spacious feel when hanging with the family, enjoying a movie or game night. The fully-equipped kitchen has ample storage, granite counters and is well stocked for preparing meals at home. The dining room seats four comfortably, with extra room at the breakfast bar.
