Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is parking for four vehicles, two under the property and two in the driveway. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large windows or at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the spacious living room (couch converts to a sofa sleeper) to watch a movie. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a granite vanity and a tile/pebble stand-alone shower. Up the stairs to the third level are two (BR2 & BR3) bedrooms containing Queen beds with ensuite bathrooms, comprised of vanity and stand-alone showers. There is also a sitting area for reading a book. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Walk over to the shared pool heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, and pool was perfect for the kids to swim. The golf cart was a great bonus and made it easy to get around town. Our only complaint would be that one of the beds was really firm and not comfortable to sleep on, but otherwise it really was a great place to stay.

Great Property with a Great View!

We loved our stay at this property. The location is excellent (close to beach and restaurants) and the view at night from the decks is hard to beat. Having a golf cart included is a great bonus as well. The house is very nice inside with plenty of room for three couples. We would absolutely rent this property again. A few small suggestions. 1) Larger trash can for the kitchen. 2) Some hangers for the closet. 3) Basic spices in the pantry (salt, pepper, etc) 4) Keurig instead of regular coffee maker.
