A short walk, directly from the parking lot to your unit, this unit provides everything you need for an amazing and wonderful Maui vacation. Open your lanai doors and take 30 steps to feel the calming sand between your toes. Gaze out from your lanai or take a few steps out to the grassy area as the beautiful Maui sunsets complete your day.

If you are looking to relax or if you are looking for an adventure, this unit will provide you with all that you need. The unit is under new ownership and new management and we are ready to offer you an amazing experience.

There is a King bed, full bathroom, complete kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. Steps away from the soft sand, wonderful snorkeling, surfing and the pool and hot tub, this unit has the convenience that you ask for.

**The Molokai Tower, which this unit is located in will be undergoing a roof replacement starting 4/1/25 with the estimated completion date set for 9/12/25. Some major milestones during this time are as follows. The AC will be turned off to the entire building from 4/21/25 - 6/25/25, there will be excessive noise due to the roof demolition from 4/28/25 - 5/23/25, there will be periodic water shut offs during construction hours (approx 9am-4pm) which the contractors will give their best advanced notice as possible. These are some of the major milestone topics, please inquiry for more information. These dates are estimate subject to normal caveats of weather delays, excessive spalling uncovered and required repairs, etc. Please inquiry for more details.

Perfect ground floor location

The condo unit is small but the location is perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the ocean, plus hearing the waves while we slept. We were steps away to the beach and could walk to local restaurants. We will be back!

Relaxing Stay - as expected!

This was our second stay in this unit. The Lanai is the highlight for us - out there most of the morning watching whales, except for our beach path walk (convenient from property). We love walking to Duke's for an occasional meal or to the Fish Market for coconut shrimp. We always do a couple of outings, but we mostly love just hanging out.

Accurate Listing

Mahana is a great choice for a Maui vacation. All ocean front units. This one is special as it is a ground floor unit! Private and no noise from upper units or ones to the side. Equipped nicely with beach accessories, chairs, snorkel gear and such. Close to (walking distance) food truck lot, Foodland, We spent most of our time at the condo. Been to Maui many times and wanted to hunker in and have a beautiful place to do that at. This unit was perfect!

Our First Stay in Maui

The accommodation here was superb! It had everything we needed, and a few things we didn’t realize we wanted! A nice bonus was the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella that we appreciated and put to good use. The view of the ocean was fantastic, and we spent a lot of time sitting and watching whales from there!

Amazing stay and property

Condo and stay was amazing. We golfed during the day and then grilled steaks in the eve at the pool. Sat out on the lanai watching the surfers and whales playing. The property was clean, recently renovated and well stocked. Everything was great, but the true highlight is the lanai and view of the ocean directly from the unit. Really one of a kind experience and we look forward to doing it again some day. We highly recommend this rental.

Great ground floor unit

This unit was a wonderful ground floor unit leading right out onto the grounds overlooking the ocean. It was clean and had a couple sand chairs and umbrella to use along with a small cooler. It could have used a few more dishes/bowls to mix things in, etc but luckily only 2 of us. The bed was a bit on the soft side but nice to have a king size bed (and make sure you are okay with microfiber sheets). Also was nice to have a fan inside the condo along with the air conditioning. Definitely would stay again. We love the Mahana!

Beautiful condo in a great location

My husband and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo in Maui. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos and very clean and comfortable. It is the perfect size for couples. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the extra selection of pillows. :) The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook meals and it was awesome having a washer/dryer in the unit. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. One of the best things about this property is Emmett who is the on-island contact. He introduced himself on day one via email and text and was very responsive. When we arrived at the property the AC was not working. Emmett responded immediately and sent someone to look at the AC. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the blower that could not be fixed until the next morning. While not ideal, these things happen and Emmett worked hard that evening to ensure we were as comfortable as possible. He sent 2 fans over and made sure that maintenance was there first thing the next day to fix the AC. Once the blower was replaced the AC worked great. Thank you, Emmett! We had a wonderful trip and wonderful experience and would love to stay in this condo again. We have been to Maui numerous times and stayed in many different condos and hotels. We love this property and plan to return next year.
