Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Condo, Completely Updated, located in the Heart of Orange Beach.Wonderfully decorated, ground floor condo that offers quick and easy access to the sugar white sand beach, five pools including zero entry pool, children's splash pad, indoor pool, four whirlpool spas, fitness center, tennis and across the street from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

This lovely, all tile unit sleeps six with ease. It offers a king bed in the master suite, queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Large flatscreen tv in the family room and a flatscreen tv in each bedroom.

The master bath is spacious and inviting offering separate shower and tub and double vanities with granite. The second bath is roomy and comfortable with granite.

The totally remodeled kitchen with granite and stainless appliances is large, open and stocked with all the necessities to cook for your family and friends without having to dress for dinner. The dining table seats 5 with extra seating at the counter.

There is a delightful patio with wonderful furniture to add to your comfort while visiting with family and friends. The patio is the perfect distance from the beach boardwalk, outdoor shower and pool.

This condo has lots of room in all the common areas as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is an actual laundry room (not a laundry closet). All the linens are provided so you'll only need to bring your beach towels!

You will instantly love this condo and feel comfortable from the moment you arrive!

The sheets in the secondary bedroom appeared dirty. We put the extra sheets on that bed and washed the others. The sheets to both beds kept falling off bed every night. Recommend this unit investing in new sheets. There is mold/mildew on most of the AC vents. The dehumidifier had to be dumped several times a day. The rest of the unit seemed to be clean besides those items.

Orange Beach first timers!
So many great things about this property...location is awesome. We had the opportunity to stay on first level this vacation..oh how handy that was. Access to pools and beach were amazing and def spoiled us. The building was nice and well maintained. Pools and hot tubs were spotless. Multiple pools and hot tubs we had access to. Right across the street was Walmart so that was handy although street is very busy and diffucult to cross. We so appreciate the guarded entrance and felt very safe the whole stay.

Th location of this condo is wonderful! First floor, steps from the beach and the pool - it made a stay with two young kids so easy. It was very clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. I would 100% stay here again.

The condo is as shown in the on line photos. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is well maintained and not worn out. The overall complex was well maintained. 2 large pools and the hot tubs in great condition. Pool was just steps away from patio, and felt like a private backyard pool. Beach access was also just steps from patio. Very nice beach area. Highly recommend

This condo was so easy to get in and out of. Ground floor, center front at gate and boardwalk,right next to pool. Location was the bomb! Plenty of room in condo. All the dishes and cookware, you need. One problem with refrigerator leaking which we reported. Still cooked fine. We even had a large extra ice maker. Loved that because I made ice cream two times. Loved the security of complex and that people could not just come off the beach into the area . Overall we will definitely stay again if we can afford it.

We enjoyed staying on the ground level. We will definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The condo is very clean and well maintained. We loved being only 20 steps to the pool and 40 steps to the beach. The view is amazing. I dont think we will ever stay on a upper level again. Ground level condos are definitely better.

Relaxing Getaway
Condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a week of vacation. Ground floor unit was nice with easy access to beach and pool. I would definitely rent again. The only recommendation I would make is to put shutters over sliding door and window in living room like the existing shutters on other window. Being on the ground level you don’t want to have the curtains pulled all the way closed because you miss out on the beautiful view but you also don’t want to leave the curtains open for everyone to see directly in condo. Would have been nice to have something to adjust. Also the small window above master bedroom door going out to patio needs blinds. The light coming in each morning was a natural alarm clock.
