Villa Del Sol was designed to make your Florida getaway the most memorable vacation ever. This clean, comfortable, sophisticated but casual home is fully equipped with all new Casper beds, bedding, furniture and kitchen supplies and located in the heart of all the fun of downtown West Palm Beach and the ocean.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The Newly Renovated Outdoor living area is truly special with an extra large Italian marble patio and Salt Pool. The Salt Pool is all new with a stunning water feature and sun shelf to sun bathe on in the water chairs. Pool toys are also provided. There are numerous seating areas that are shaded by sun sails or pergola and a dining table that's poolside.
GENERAL: Free internet, keyless entry, central air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, hangers, laundry machines, laundry detergent, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels
PARKING: Driveway parking for 1 vehicle and Street parking. Cars are not to be brought inside the metal driveway gates.

NOTE: Guests will have private access to the entire house and use of the outdoor living areas and pool. There is a separate detached cottage on the property for the Property Manager but THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES ARE ALL YOURS AND NOT SHARED.

Relaxing vibe

After searching many options along the coast we chose this spot based on the pictures and description. The house was beautiful and spacious for us (4 adults) and was everything the listing said it would be. The outdoor space, where we spent most of our time, was exceptional. Rhonda was easy to reach and always quick to respond. We hope to come back next year

Overall pretty much what was advertised, very clean It was never mentioned that someone lived on the property, he caught us by suprise, very nice but un expected Upstairs bathroom shower in hall never drained and was full of water when we got there so everyone showered in 1 very small bathroom, that was a pain but honestly a very nice home for what we needed it for

Great Stay!

Everything went smoothly. Rhonda is very responsive. Our only concern was the property retained heat even with the central air and fans it can get pretty warm in the home during the day. Other than that, location is very close to all west palm attractions and restaurants. Thank you!

A Very Pleasant Stay

I spent a little less than a month at the house. Most of the time was spent alone with my dog, but a few old friends made occasional visits. The house and property are very much as advertised and worked very well for my needs. Rhonda was extremely friendly and attentive, and a great help in answering questions and sorting out a few glitches. As I mentioned to her, the upstairs bathroom sink faucets and main oven (but not side oven or range) were irksome, but Rhonda mentioned that she was arranging to correct them.

Hidden Gem

House is unassuming from outside. Once inside you are greeted with beautiful art work and a well furnished and newly updated 1925 home. The back patio area is impressive with small pool waterfall and ample seating. Few minor issues arose and landlord responded quickly. Overall solid property if you are no taller than 5 feet 11 inches. Tall people will have to duck to get upstairs. Luckily I'm 5 11......

Great property for an extended stay

We stayed at the property for about 4 weeks and really enjoyed our time. The Pros: - House is clean and well appointed - Beautiful Backyard with good sized pool - All amenities including board games, cleaning and cooking supplies, towels, pool accessories -super super comfortable bedding in the master bedroom ( I don't think i've slept in a more comfortable bed) - Host was incredible, when we saw a cockroach, she had a pest control company come spray right away, was very helpful with all of the questions prior to booking and during our stay. Cons: Location is in the middle of a very low income, run down neighborhood. I didn't feel in danger walking around at night, but I didn't feel comfortable either. If you're expecting a fancy neighborhood like I was, you will be disappointed. Despite the neighborhood being very run down, you did not notice anything when inside the house or in the backyard. Downtown West Palm is about 10-15 minutes away by car. The other downside is there is a tenant who rents the pool house. He's very nice, and quiet but if you prefer extra privacy without worrying about someone coming and going, you might not be OK with this. If the area doesn't bother you, you will love this place!

A gem of a house

This was my first time renting through VBRO so I was a bit anxious- the house ended up being everything and more! It was truly an amazing experience, the host was way to contact, it was just like the pictures and the backyard and the pool were a little slice of heaven on earth. It was conveniently located to downtown and beaches. I would rent it again in a heart beat and plan to on my next visit to West Palm❤️💯

Perfect for us!

What a beautifully appointed home. Full disclosure, not the best area, but the moment you walk through the door, it’s another world. Home is gorgeous and the pool area is nothing short of incredible. For us, the neighborhood was not an issue. We drove a short distance to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and amazing multi-million dollar homes. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Perfect Home to Relax and Enjoy

This home is beautifully charming and so spacious and welcoming. My best childhood friend and I stayed here for several days and just loved the comfort and ease of living. It was so convenient to the shopping in West Palm Beach and such a easy drive there. The home, itself, is lovely and well appointed. The outdoor living space was perfect for late night relaxing and sipping wine as we talked and caught up on our busy lives. It was a terrific get-a-way! Rhonda was so quick with communication and check-in was very simple. We only had difficulty as I missed the lock box code in the description. But a quick phone call solved that! Thank you for sharing such a lovely home with others to enjoy.

West Palm Beach Property

First and most important the property is immaculate! The house look exactly as advertised. The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio is amazing and the pool was definitely a plus. We had an issue with the cable but Rhonda was very responsive to the issue and it was resolved on its own. My only complaint is that when we were there we found out that the property manager lives in the small cottage next to the pool. We had no issues with the man but it would have been nice to know that before we booked. Not much around the house and definitely nothing within walking distance.
