About this property

Come to the quiet side of the island! We love to come down here to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our sweet, little beach home is just over a block (0.3 of a mile) away from the pedestrian beach or the Jetty Park.
Our home is small but thoughtfully laid out. Two private bedrooms with peekaboo ocean or intercoastal views. A fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker to enhance your morning on our large deck and fully-fenced yard. The tiny bathroom somehow seems spacious with a walk-in shower and plenty of storage.

Went for Labor Day/Weekend , enjoyed everything near by especially being at the beach. Home was very clean, it had everything you needed. Host very friendly and responsive,

Lil cutie

We really enjoyed our stay. It was us and our two teen girls. The place is great for two adults and two kids. There were puzzles that the girls enjoyed doing. The kitchen is great as we cooked most of our meals in and had everything we needed except for a baking sheet but we made due. We did bring an old cheap grill because there was not one onsite. Marty was great to deal with and also gave us extra time to leave since a thunderstorm blew out the electricity on our departure date. We ended up only needing 30 minutes extra. We will definitely be back next year! Such a cutie lil cozy place!

My first look

As we drove up trash in front. Entered the house with no power in west side of house. I found that one of the bedrooms had not been cleaned. On day of arrival I was informed there's a camera inside the space. Which made us very uncomfortable.

Nice little vacation

It's a cute little beach house, less than a mile walk to the beach. They had a few puzzles and the game operation which ours kids loved playing and we had a good time with the puzzles together too.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We opted out of walking to the beach and drove to jetty park a few blocks down. We enjoyed how well stocked the house was and how nice the neighborhood was. Everything was clean and cared for. Perfect proximity to the store and beach.

We Loved The Lil Sea Turtle

We absolutely loved staying here. The homeowners made everything so easy! Check in and out was easy! The communication was top notch. The house is decorated perfectly - is warm and cozy and welcoming. Couldn’t have been better! We will definitely stay here again! And we highly recommend it!

love coming to the lil sea turtle with the kiddos. close to everything walking and or driving. lil sea turtle is as clean as it gets, cozy and perfect for beach life in surfside. will be coming back as often as we can!

We will be back

Quiet, quaint, and quick walk to the beach. Perfect for us! Second time staying here and we will be back. House will cater for up to 4 but restroom may be a dilemma. However, for 2, no problems and plenty of space. Take a look. Reserve if you are looking for a peaceful trip away from home. Be back as soon as we can. Cheers!

Adorable House steps from the beach

My two teens and I stayed here for spring break and we absolutely LOVED it! The house is so clean and adorable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Lil’ Sea Turtle. We will definitely be booking again this summer.
