The host is very kind, helpful and responsive The bungalow is very clean and has what you need in the kitchen. The primary bedroom bed is a full size. The bathroom is very small, clean and new. Overall, it was on the smaller side with our three guests and 2 dogs. There is room for dogs to run around in the huge yard. It is a cozy place to return to after a day.at Assateague, which is a 10 min drive. Berlin is a 6 minute drive, and is an adorable, quirky, quaint town with fantastic food and shops and a farmers market on Sundays in summer. Overall it is a good value, pet friendly, clean and conveniently located bungalow.

Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.

Clean, quiet space

The neighborhood was pleasant, the location was back from the street and very quiet. There was plenty of parking and room to walk my dogs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The interior was clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little home

Mrs Pastina was great in welcoming us to her home and recommended several places in the area to eat and visit. The home was super clean and pet friendly . the area was quiet and super convenient to get to everything 10 minutes to Assateague beach/park to see the wild horses and we seen plenty of them, and only about 15 minutes to ocean city beach and boardwalk. Also don’t see the city of Berlin there is plenty of restaurants and antiques shops . I will definitely be back and if you are considering this place give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Lovely stay!

Everything was perfect! Hosts were friendly and took time to learn who we were, very kind and asked for feedback! Rental was clean and as expected- served our needs for a place to sleep and house our dogs while visiting the beach!

Welcoming

This was a great location for our family as we wanted to explore both Assateague Island and Ocean City. Accommodations were extremely welcoming and comfortable! Our entire family enjoyed our stay. We had a great hostess who made the experience all the more enjoyable.

it was just ok

The house was NOT ten minutes from the beach. The mattresses were rock hard. There was an abundance of ants. The bathroom was NOT user friendly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in the perfect location. The property was close to the beach, boardwalk, softball fields, and many restaurants. It was clean and cozy!

Cozy and Comfortable

Perfect little cottage for us. Great distance to the island and had everything we needed. Was so great not to need to haul linens and paper goods. Super easy check in and overall great stay. Will definitely be staying again!

Band in Town

We were in OC for fourth of July playing music around town. The place was perfectly convenient for getting in and out of town. The owners were very friendly and sweet. The place was just what we needed. Not too flashy, a cool little spot.

Cozy weekend

My family and I booked a weekend here when our other vacation plans changed. Pastina and James were very welcoming and the house was cozy and clean. The location was great for us! 10 minutes to Assateague Island, 15 minutes to Ocean City, and Frontier Land was only about 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again sometime!

Awesome place with amazing hosts

We rented this bungalow for a weekend to go to ocean city boardwalk and assateugue island. The adorable cozy bungalow was perfect for me, my dad, my friend, mysister and nephew. The owners were amazing people very welcoming and just good people we enjoyed our stay so much and cannot wait to go back again.

Great location and owners!

What a blessing it was to stay with Pastina and James. Not only was the property super clean and homey, the location ideal (only 10 mins outside OC without the crowds and traffic) but the owners felt like family we hadn't seen in a while! We'll definitely be back!

Perfect for what we needed

Came down with 2 friends for a charter trip. Stayed 1 night and it was exactly what we needed. Host came to greet us and they are amazing people. Super friendly and both retired military. Thank you again for your service. They provided advice on where we could get some dinner and I couldn't be happier. Crush n crab is awesome. The place was very clean with all the amenities one could want. Will definitely book again for our next trip. Big thanks to the Tingle fam.

Clean comfortable and pup friendly

Clean comfortable stay with very friendly welcoming hosts! Quick trip to the hustle of OC if that's your thing, but we preferred Assateague, which was also a short drive. The house was exactly what we wanted for a quick beach weekend with our dog, and the hosts made sure our needs were met. Hope to get back one day!

Most peaceful location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Huge back yard was great for my dog. The country setting was so quiet and I got some really good sleep while there. Easy to get to all the places you want to go on your vacation. The hosts were super friendly and very inviting. We definitely want to stay there again next time we’re in the area.

Pastina was very warm and welcoming. The rental is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Everything was extremely clean and just a short drive to Frontier Town where we visited with friends and family. 5 stars! ⭐️
