Private home 4 bedroom 3 Bath  Lakefront gated vacation community.  7.5 miles from the Animal Kingdom and Disney
. 2 master bedrooms with walkouts to the pool. One master with a King size bed and the other with a Queen, both also with walk-in showers. Living room couches both pull out to full size beds and the ottoman opens up to a twin. This accommodates for more sleeping space. Home is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation getaway. We are 5 minutes from Champions Gate which has restaurants such as Miller's Ale House, 4 Corners Tavern, Jersey Mike, Planet Smoothie, Chinese and much more. Golfers we have Golf courses close in Champions Gate at the Omni Resort 5 mins from the house. Highlands Golf course and Orange Lake Golf and Southern Dunes also with-in 15-30 mins  Other attractions nearby Sea World , Universal Studios, International Drive and the Premium Outlets are also all with-in 30 mins. LegoLand is  45 mins. Orlando International Airport is a 35 min drive. This home is also a pet friendly home!

Get away , relaxation trip

Good location, host responds immediately, when I needed something. Beds could use a better mattress in one of the rooms, but not that uncomfortable. Would rent again.

Great Experience

Everything was great. The house was as advertised, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Tons of restaurants and other things to do, and if you're there for the parks they're close. Roy's great to work with, and commnicated everything we needed to know. That made the check-in and check-out process simple. Would absolutely stay there again.

Highly recommend! Exceptional stay!

The home was exactly as described. It’s in a great location and neighborhood . The host was extremely responsive to the few messages we sent. Pool heater wasn’t working like the third day we were there and I messaged him and he had it fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend and give everything 5 stars!

This was our first time wintering in Florida & Roy's place was a wonderful place to escape the cold Michigan weather for 2 months!We enjoyed watching the birds & the alligator in the pond.Roy was quick to respond & made our stay enjoyable!

Very welcoming, enjoyed every minute of it. I Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Very close to shopping centers, attractions, lots of things to do in the area. And the pool was amazing, was used every morning of our stay here.

Perfect house! Very clean and comfortable, gorgeous perfect sized pool and comfy outdoor furniture around it. Very easy access to everything around, lots of food, stores and gas stations nearby. Definitely recommend!!

Host accommodated for our family

We had a pleasant stay in this roomy home in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The stay felt safe, and relaxing. Roy was kind enough to accommodate for our large family and pets. He also made sure to have chairs available for the patio (as some were broke before we arrived). The home was clean, and Roy was available anytime I needed to reach out to him. I hope to rent again when we visit for our trip to Universal Studios!

Nice home but filthy

The home was nice and spacious. The pool was small but not too small. Cute decor. However, the home needs a professional cleaning and fumigating. I saw roaches in the kitchen. The faucets were disgusting. There was black stuff caked on them all. There were shoes and someone’s dirty clothes left in the closet. Hair was all over the place including the countertops and showers. The floors clearly had not been swept and mopped. All vents are filthy. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The dishes were still dirty. The manager communicated very well with us. However, I did not bring up the cleanliness since we were on vacation and didn’t have time to deal with it. If the home were cleaned properly, I would have given it 5 stars. I was very disappointed.

Villa was exactly as the pictures show - clean, tidy and modern. Roy, the owner was always quick to reply to any messages we sent. As a Brit the only thing we missed was a kettle 😊

1st time staying.

This was our 1st time staying at any rental and I am very pleased. The host was excellent and while we didnt need anything in particular I have full confidence he would have helped no matter what. The beds are super soft so if you need a firm bed bring a mattess topper. If we are in the area again we will definitely be back.

Great private getaway

We loved how much space the house had & that we were in a private/gated community. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. Roy, the host, was very easy to get in touch with and was helpful with any questions we had. Overall, 10/10, would stay again! :)

So cute and convenient!

Love this house!!! It was perfect for our needs and so convenient to EVERYTHING! Love that it was right behind a gate and loved that it was just minutes from a grocery store. Not a bad drive to ESPN WWOS, Disney parks, and Universal Parks! Loooved having the pool to relax in on days we didn’t want to go out all day long!!!

Great location and enough space for what I needed. FL was record breaking cold so we couldn't use the pool but we were 20mins away from amusement parks. My only criticism is the long black hair on the bedding and towels. Even found long hair on the bathroom floor.

Perfect last minute Getaway

Roy was a phenomenal host! He assisted me in booking the perfect getaway for our spur of the moment, spring break vacation. Roy was communicative, understanding and patient, as this was my first time booking through this app. Roy's home was nothing short of perfect! It had all the essentials we needed for our rest and relaxation vaca! The home was located in a gated community which was quiet and safe. The neighbors were also friendly, while I walked my pup at different hours of the day/night. The home was also conveniently located near shopping centers for getting anything else we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend Roy, and his home. Definitely booking again
