CABIN DETAILS: This 1500 square foot home offers a cozy layout with all the amenities you’ll need on vacation, plus a heated refinished basement/game room with separate access from the main house.
LIVING ROOM: 75 inch Samsung Smart TV with surround sound, wood-burning stove (currently unavailable for use), comfortable furnishings including sectional sofa (which is convertible to a queen bed), ceiling fan, sky lights, and office setup including desk and chair. Various board games are provided for hours of family fun entrainment. The house does not have central air, but it stays super cool and windows can be opened, and for colder months we have radiant heat (with Nest thermostat) to keep you toasty!
BEDROOM 1: This bedroom is located on the main floor and has its own private attached full bathroom. King bed with new Purple mattress, 45in Smart Samsung TV, dresser, and closet. All the bedrooms have new, quality mattresses, luxurious bedding, and an abundance of pillows and blankets to ensure a good night’s sleep.
BEDROOM 2: This bedroom is located on the second floor (up stairs) and has a queen bed with new Serta mattress, 45in Smart Samsung TV w/ soundbar, dresser, closet, and its own private deck.
BEDROOM 3: This bedroom is located on the second floor (next to Bedroom 2) and has 1 bunk bed (with full size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top), 45 inch Smart Samsung TV, dresser, closet, and desk.
MAIN FULL BATHROOM: Located on the second floor between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals, just bring the food! Fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, gas oven/stove, coffee maker (standard and Keurig), toaster and toaster oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bakeware, blender, and more! There is a full size washer and dryer. There is no dishwasher.
BASEMENT: There is a separate, detached basement (on the ground floor with no direct access to the rest of the house except through exterior staircase to enter into door on main floor) which has a 75inch Smart Samsung TV, sectional sofa which converts to queen bed, and foosball table for entertainment). There is no bathroom located in the basement.
BACKYARD: Fenced yard, weber gas grill (located outside of kitchen area), wood fire pit (for use when fire restrictions permit which would need to be confirmed in writing with owner prior to stay, wood is provided and stored outside), dining table for six, and hammock (in summer months), yard games, adirondack chairs, picnic table and separate dining table, and ponderosa pine views. The house features both a dual-level front deck as well as a private deck off the second floor bedroom (Bedroom 2 with queen bed).
PARKING: There is no garage. There is a 2 car driveway behind the home and 1 parking space is available in the cultasac directly in front of the home.
*WINTER RESERVATIONS* Due to steep hills in the neighborhood, and possible snow, 4x4 vehicles or tire chains highly recommended during snow storms.
*NOTE* THE CABIN IS SERVICED BY A SEPTIC SYSTEM ONLY. ONLY LIQUIDS CAN GO DOWN THE DRAIN. In the Kitchen, please discard all cooking oils, grease/fats, food debris and coffee grounds directly into the trash. In the bathrooms, please flush only toilet paper and dispose of feminine products, wipes, and tissue in the wastebasket.

THE LOCATION: The Mountainaire, Flagstaff neighborhood is an eclectic community surrounded by the Coconino National Forest conveniently located 2 hours north of Phoenix, 10 minutes (6 miles) from downtown Flagstaff (and 35 minutes from Snow Bowl). Flagstaff is one of the coolest mountain towns with great shopping, dining, and vibes, and 45 minutes from Sedona which is famous for its red rocks and scenic views.

NOTES:
- NOTE: You will need to fill out a form as well as provide a photo ID a minimum of 24 hours prior to check-in. (PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply will result in a cancellation of the booking)
- NOTE: Your safety matters. There are security cameras located near the front door and exterior cameras located near the back door, the back shed, and on the front deck. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
- NOTE: The main home door and basement door have passcode locks for your convenience, but the back sliding door with direct access to the driveway area does not. To access the home, you must climb the stairs in front of the house to the main level and enter from the front door.
