Cabin 43 at Centerpoint is the ideal location for all your Buffalo River adventures. We offer a private, scenic setting on 3 blacktop acres. Just 1/8 of a mile to the Centerpoint Trailhead and 3 miles down the mountain to Ponca, and the Buffalo River access, you will be centrally located to hiking, canoeing, elk watching and more. Harrison is just 20 miles north and Jasper 18 miles east, so groceries and supplies are easily accessible. Cabin 43 at Centerpoint has an ideal floorplan for both large and small groups. The main floor consists of a well-stocked, seating for 10, kitchen that is great for gathering family and friend after a long day of exploring. The west facing deck off the kitchen, has a grill and table to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset across the mountain. The living room is open to the kitchen allowing for great conversation throughout. The hallway leads to the master bedroom (with ensuite bath), guestroom and main bath. The large loft area contains a king bed and sitting area. The finished basement boasts 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds each and one full bath. There is also a living area in the lower level. With the exception of the loft, all bedrooms are furnished with smart tv's. Also, each of the 5 bedrooms has one bed per room because we believe guests want to feel like they are in a home and not a hotel. The two-car garage is available for guest use, making it a great place to park those motorcycles or atv's. There is plenty of parking for trailers as well.

The house was great and had an amazing view. Host was very responsive to questions regarding the property the duration of out trip. The only hiccups were access to service and spotting the driveway in the dark. Ladybugs were in abundance
We had an amazing time! The house had all we needed and was very spacious. The beds were comfortable, which is very important! We stayed 4 days and loved every minute!! We will definitely stay again!!
Our hiking group loved the abundant space, large kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Perhaps the most spectacular memories will be sitting out on the back porch watching the sunset. The cabin was a perfect fit for our group!
We rented this cabin for 8 of us for a quick family weekend. The cabin was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the cabin is located just 5 minutes from Ponca where we played in the river and watched the elk. Perfect weekend.
Our family of 10 stayed here. The property was great with everything we needed! We had space to play indoors when it was foggy and we were close to several trails so we were able to do some hiking and see the elk. Overall it was a wonderful trip.
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our friends’ hiking group. The house was spotless, spacious & in a perfect location for hiking the Ponca trails. Mother Nature gave us a little added bonus of an inch of snow!
The property was clean and spacious. There is a gathering area upstairs and another gathering area downstairs. There are two gathering areas on the upstairs balcony and one on the lower balcony. So there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy ourselves and then come together when we wanted to. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Overall very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
This house was just perfect for our 3 family, family. :) There are 6 adults, a teenager, 2 between 5-10 and 1 under 2. This 5 bedroom house was just what we always look for when we stay places. It was perfectly situated in the Ponca area. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away to a very peaceful area.
A group of 6-8 of us enjoy hiking different trails in the area the last few falls. Location of cabin was perfect! Only concern was missing the driveway entrance at night (and fog). Wish for reflectors or something. Ice maker in freezer doesn’t work but all else excellent. Nicely furnished! Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and clean. The only problem was the ice maker did not work and there were no ice cube trays. Occasionally we noticed some water on the floor by the refrigerator. The kids enjoyed the property and corn hole. We had a fire and roasted marshmallows. All in all a very pleasant experience.
We had an amazing time. The property is BEAUTIFUL 🤩
We were there for Christmas 2022 and we had a winter storm come through that sent the temperature below 0. The city/electric company shut the power off and on every 7-10 minutes for SEVERAL hours and we were unable to keep the heat with how cold it was. The owner immediately jumped in to action and had a nearby neighbor check it out and bring us space heaters to keep us warm. THEN...One of the water lines froze in the master bathroom and started leaking... again, the owner jumped right into action and sent someone out to fix it.
We experienced circumstances that are out of the owners control, but the owner was amazing and took care of us immediately.
We will definitely stay here again! The house is beautiful and the pictures really don't do it justice 😍
You won't regret staying here.
This home had plenty of room for my family and was well stocked with anything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the view is spectacular! The location was very near to some pretty hikes and Estee was quick to respond to any questions. There was only one minor negative, the yard was a bit overgrown (but there was a lot of rain the whole week before our arrival so that could be the reason why) .
This property is amazing! Very clean, beautiful view, and everything that we could possibly needed was there. The host answered my million questions quickly and was very kind! I definitely give this property a 10/10 and if I am ever in the area again this will be my go to property! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
It was my 60th birthday present from my wife. She made all the reservations and this cabin was our meetup place and 2 nights stay. The owners had been working on getting the place ready and did a good job. the house was fully supplied with utensils, wash/dryer/dishwasher, and lots of beds. No one slept on the floor in a sleeping bag. I would return here again for a future family gathering or floating trip. Owners were great and very responsive to email questions and or onsite visits.
