About this property
The Spacious, Vintage House on the Ranch
Located in Enoch which is adjacent to Cedar City on its north end. It is very central to so many wonderful sites like Zion National Park, Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon and don't forget the Shakespeare Festival the end of the summer and so much more. The Old Ranch house is a refurbished 100 yr old brick house with a long pioneer history. Very cozy yet spacious with formal dining room and everybody loves it. It is very private and in a rural community. Our horse herd is nearby with a few cows that can be seen from some windows and front porch- but they are quiet.

House was lovely; spotless, well stocked. More than enough space for our two families of four. Close to Cedar City and a pretty easy drive to Brian Head. We had a great stay!
Our family got together for Shakespeare in Cedar City and appreciated staying here. It was clean, no issues, had everything as advertised. The kids loved being so close to all the animals. Enjoyed our stay.
We had a wonderful stay in a place that felt comfortably like home. We enjoyed our week long stay with lots to do in the area. The horses, cows and sheep, all with young, right outside were fun to watch. Highly recommend the owner and property.
The property was excellent and filled all of our needs. Steve, the property manager was exceptional regarding Customer Service i’m responding to our requests.
The house is exactly what they say it is, an old farm house. It was clean and the beds were all comfortable. We had a minor issue with a couple of the sinks not draining well but owner was very responsive and the issues were cleared up while we were away and returned to everything working great. Would definitely stay there again with our large family!
Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect for uour needs, The basement was perfect for teenagers who wanted to get away from the parents. Overall it was fantastic. We would definetly consider staying again for next years tournament.
If you like beautiful vistas and love animals this is the place for you. A nice place to escape city life and relax. Well cared for home and hosts are great with communication. We loved seeing the sheep cows and horses from every window.
Perfectly peaceful home to gather for a mini reunion
We had a mini family reunion for those who could not make Christmas. The house brought back memories of the family farm house, some 5 decades ago. We were very happy everyone had their own bedroom! Crisp stroll on a country road, huge dinning room table to have family time. The kitchen was nicely updated without taking away the historical charm. Oh! Spectacular sunrises and sunsets!
Great location, house was clean but had a musky smell in the hall and downstairs. Would have preferred more privacy, someone had been doing yard work and coming by early mornings.
We loved the property! The house was spotless. My husband and I vacationed with our daughter, son in law and our three grandchildren. Each person had their own room. The decor of the house was very charming, it is in between Bryce Canyon and Zion. We enjoyed seeing the horses and the sheep. I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.
I rented this house which is on the next block from our home for my family. We spent most of the time at the rental in place of our home because it had a great layout for all to enjoy. My grandchildren enjoyed the farm animals, the large yard to play in and the bunk beds. We will always rent this house whenever family come to visit. It is perfect and the feel of home.
Everything was beautiful at the Vintage House on the Ranch
This was a very well done property with plenty of the necessities and beautiful, inviting beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay ( 6 of us who all needed separate beds!!) and it was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. The only thing I would mention is that the one bedroom had a double and a single, not a double and a bunk, which could make a difference. We did not need three beds in that room so it was not a problem; but someone might. All in all, this was perfect for us!!!
This farmhouse is so cozy and inviting. The beds were adorned with numerous blankets and comforters, so staying warm this Christmas was easy. We had everything we needed and felt at home in this farmhouse. Would love to stay again.
I enjoyed the quiet, clean, vintage surroundings of this property. We didn’t get to spend much time in the house, but what time we did spend was very enjoyable. The only complaint would maybe be the overly soft mattress in the back upstairs queen bedroom but it was still good enough for a restful nights sleep and the A/C was on the whole time, but the house was still a little too warm. Neither were a big deal, though really.
Clean, spacious house in Enoch. Enjoyed watching the horses and cattle frolicking in the corral .House had plenty of room for a large family and is well supplied with all the essentials.Only a short drive to Cedar City or surrounding points of interest.
The farmhouse was the perfect place to stay to get away. We all enjoyed the coziness of the home and the animals were a plus. So grateful to be able to have stayed here💕
