We had a rough start at this VRBO site. We came in and the place had been flooded and the grounds were all in a mess. Luckily, only the floors were affected, along with some company of mosquitoes in the air. There had been a major flood in Atlanta a couple of days before our stay.
We contacted the owner and she sent out a cleaning crew. Although the grounds were still a mess, the inside was much better. We had to have a dehumidifier in there which made it a little warmer than usual but we managed. Also, there were directions in the Information Notebook that were unclear. As a result, we thought that you couldn't flush toilet paper. This did effect our stay negatively. I would assume the owner has changed this now and made it more clear to the reader. Also, I hope that she has now put batteries in the little neon lights that were advertised.
It is an adorable place, and we made the most it. In a "normal" situation, it would have been awesome. The owner reimbursed us a small amount which was nice.
Exactly what we needed! A quiet weekend getaway. First tiny home experience and it did not disappoint. Very cute space. Tucked away and quiet. Super cozy and decorated nicely. Has all the essentials. You'll love it!

Things they don’t tell you in listing
The tiny house itself is exactly what it is but some very important things are left out of this listing. The tiny house sits on the back of the property in a fenced in back yard but what they don’t tell you is that house you share a backyard with isn’t where the owner of the tiny house lives as you probably would assume but it’s actually another VRBO rental. We just used the house to sleep in after a Braves game but come to find out the people that rented the main house where teenagers and they threw a party. When we returned after the game 20-30 kids likely all underage and bottles of liquor every where started freaking out first thinking we were the police and then they thought we were the actually owners of the property and live in the tiny house.this house is also in the hood. The tiny house guests have to park in the street, driveway is reserved for main house guests. I’m just thankful we didn’t get in any trouble, nobody got shot and my vehicle wasn’t stolen.the property has cameras so the owner either doesn’t monitor what’s going on with all the people coming and going or turns a blind eye. I’m a very experienced renter and have never left a bad review but as someone who reads the reviews to gage what should be rented or not I would of not rented this house if I had know the situation with the main house as also a rental. Property manager needs to be a little more transparent in the listing
We enjoyed our stay in this tiny home. Property was clean and quaint. One thing to note is that this tiny home is located in another home’s backyard, which is not mentioned in the listing. I am not quite sure who occupies that house, but just be mindful when booking.
This property was so comfortable and charming. Loved hearing the rain against the roof one night as we slept. Great location in West ATL and easy to access. Thanks!
I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was a little rocky as the security code I was initially given was incorrect but the property manager responded very quickly and was great to work with. It was fun to be in a tiny house. It was my first experience in one. It was clean and well kept. Overall it was quiet and peaceful. It doesn’t feel like you’re in a city at all. At one point it rained and I sat on the tiny porch enjoying the moment. I’d definitely stay again.
The tinyhouse looked just like the posted pictures online. The place was clean and cozy. The hostess was friendly and easy to reach. I recommend the tinyhouse experience to anyone looking to do something a little different.
