APP. PUERTO AZUL: 100m away from the beautifully landscaped and completely car-free fishing port and marina in Cala Bona. Completely and lavishly renovated, this apartment is very modern. It offers 2-storey 140 sqm living space plus. A 50 square meter roof terrace and 2 more balconies. The entrance is in the second Floor of a private residence (own private stairway). In this floor you can reach 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, very spacious living / dining room and the open kitchen. Per interior staircase leads to the upper floor with further bedrooms, walk-in closet / dressing room, another bathroom ensuite and large roof terrace with shady awning, table and chairs, hammock, sun loungers and sea views.
The modern kitchen has Zerankochfeld (4-burner), oven, microwave, toaster, filter and separate capsule coffee machine, kettle, electric juicer, table grill, dishwasher. In the kitchen, dining area with table and 6 chairs. Living room with sofa and chairs, further dining table with seating for 6 persons.

Fabulous apartment in great location

The apartment had everything we needed. It was spotless and central to the harbour and beaches. We walked 20-30 mins or so to the beaches at Cala Millor as we preferred them but overall loved Cala Bona and will be back. Plenty to do and lots of good places to eat. It was a bit noisy on a night from neighbouring hotels but only until midnight so wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again and next time pay for aircon as it was still crazy hot on a night time in mid Sept! Perfect place to get away especially out of season!

Large apartment

Perfect location,pick up keys very smooth, well equipped kitchen it's absolutely everything you need, two balcony faced sea and one super large on back its like penthouse sun all day long there , bedrooms good size with wardrobe, big living room , sofa beds very comfy , minor things is paying extra for air conditioning I don't take that option

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Fußnähe zum Strand

Mit 5 Personen hatten wir einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der sehr geräumigen (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder!), topp ausgestatteten und hellen Ferienwohnung (140qm auf 2 Etagen) mit großer Dachterasse. Das Apartment im zweiten und dritten Stock, zu erreichen über eine Außentreppe, liegt direkt in der Einkaufspromenade Cala Bonas 100m entfernt vom Hafen mit hervorragenden Restaurants und 200m entfernt vom schönen Badestrand in Cala Bona. Abends gibt es ein paar Kneipen mit Live Events und dem damit verbundenen Geräuschpegel bis Mitternacht. Hinter dem Haus gab es mehrere Parkplätze, von denen wir oft einen bekommen haben. Ansonsten gab es weitere kostenlose Parkplätze in 200-300m Entfernung. Wir haben den Urlaub in Cala Bona sehr genossen und waren fast täglich im Meer (bei 24Grad Wassertemperatur im Oktober) schwimmen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung – sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Cala Bona. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch perfekt für mehrere Gäste aufgeteilt. Besonders die Dachterrasse war ein absolutes Highlight – einfach ein Traum! Alles war hell und freundlich eingerichtet, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend: Geschirr, Kochutensilien und sogar ein kleiner Tischgrill für die Terrasse waren vorhanden. Zudem gab es zwei Balkone, die uns zusätzlichen Raum zum Entspannen boten. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls großartig. Wir konnten bequem zu Fuß nach Cala Millor und zur Strandpromenade laufen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Mallorca mit Familie

Die Unterkunft war super und wir haben uns wohl gefüllt. Das einzige Manko war, das es jeden Abend im benachbarten Hotel ab 21 Uhr Musik gab und dieses ziemlich laut war.

„Schöner wohnen“ in Cala Bona

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bietet mehr, als man in den Ferien vielleicht bräuchte. Alles top! Leider befindet sich hinter dem Haus eine Bauruine, der Meerblick von der Dachterrasse aus beschränkt sich auf eine kleine Lücke zwischen den vorgelagerten Häusern. Die Musik vom benachbarten Hotel SUR ist schon sehr laut, endet aber immer um 23:00 h und bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man in der Wohnung nicht soviel davon mit. Absoluter Vorteil ist ansonsten die Lage: Bars, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar, der schöne Strand von Cala Millor nur ein paar 100 m entfernt! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Cala Bona

Gut ausgestattet und sauber, hat alles gepasst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziges Manko ist der laute Barbetrieb im nebenan gelegenen Hotel Sur.

Tolle, moderne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, die Zimmeraufteilung ist super. Alles ist sauber gewesen. Die Terrasse und Balkon sind sehr schön, konnten wir allerdings nicht viel nutzen aufgrund des Wetters, deswegen kann ich dazu wenig sagen. Der Ort ist eigentlich ganz nett, in der Nebensaison ist häufig aber noch viel zu. Der naheliegende Hafen ist sehr schön und es gibt einige Gastronomie-Angebote drumherum. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Fantastic week in August

Everything has been fantastic from the first to the last moment. The house is totally renovate with very nice style. It is directly in the center of Cala Bona near all the activities. The terrace is a fantastic plus for spending nice dinners with the family. Highly recommended house.

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, es hat an nichts gefehlt, selten so eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung gesehen, zudem schön eingerichtet und sauber. Manko ist leider das Nachbarhotel, das jeden Abend bis Mitternacht seine Musikpartys veranstaltet, somit kann man die schöne Terrasse oder den unteren Balkon Abends nicht in Ruhe genießen . Wir waren im Mai 2019 da.

Apartment dreams

The apartment in the offer does not reflect what we found in reality. It was a very pleasant surprise. You can feel definitely better than in your own home. This is true. We highly recommend, maybe we will use again someday. Two floors of a comfortable apartment and a third with a huge terrace, you don't need anything else. Apartament w ofercie ineterentowej nie oddaje tego co zastaliśmy w rzeczywistości. Było to mega miłe zaskoczenie. Można się poczuć zdecydowanie lepiej niż we własnym domu. To jest prawda. Bardzo polecamy, może jeszcze kiedyś skorzystamy. Dwa piętra komfortowego apartamentu i trzecie z olbrzymim tarasem, niczego więcej nie trzeba.

Wohnung in Cala bona

Die Stiege zum Appartement war etwas steil und man musste etwas vorsichtig sein. Das Appartement war sehr luxuriös. Am besten hat uns die dachterasse gefallen, auf der man schön den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder boten ausreichend Platz. Der Gesamteindruck war super und viel besser wie in einem Hotel. Übergabe und verlassen der Wohnung war sehr unkompliziert.

Woning met centrale ligging aan de oostkust van Mallorca

Wij hebben twee weken afwisselend met vijf personen een super tijd in de woning doorgebracht! Woning ervaren als modern, met smaak ingericht, schoon, voldoende ruimte ook voor zes personen. Waren in bezit van een auto en konden zo mooi de omgeving met de vele stranden/baaitjes in noordelijke en zuidelijke richting ontdekken. Verder ondanks laat in de nacht te arriveren, werden wij vriendelijk door de heer Klett ontvangen en die ons ook nog uitgebreid van alle informatie voorzag. Woning bevelen wij van harte aan!! 1 tip echter... wij zouden het zelf erg handig hebben gevonden wanneer er een stofzuiger aanwezig zou zijn geweest. Dit nodigt wat meer uit om tussentijds even de vloer schoon te maken, maar is uiteraard een kleinigheidje.
