The comfortably furnished studio, with 40 sqm, is located on the 4th Floor of a modern lift house. Located in the center of Vienna (5th District), it is an ideal base for exploring the city or doing business. The apartment - sunny all day - has a large living room with a sofa, a bed for 2 people (180 cm), cable TV, radio and internet access (WiFi). With a fully equipped kitchen with sufficient cooking and eating utensils and a nearby supermarket, it is easy to take care of yourself entirely. A baby bed is available. A bath or shower will refresh you after a busy day - hairdryer, sufficient bath / towels, hygiene articles are available.

Wonderful stay in Vienna
My stay was wonderful. As described with accurate photos. It was a great location, public transportation was right outside the door. I’d stay at Reinhards place again.

Great location and wonderful hosts
We loved the apartment and amenities. The hosts were helpful from beginning to end, especially when we departed, and our ride to the airport did not materialize. The hosts ensured that we departed on time—all at a very early hour of the morning. Also, for those who love Vienna’s art and music, the hosts are very knowledgeable.

Just lovely!
Studio Margareten is perfectly situated to explore Vienna, with great public transport links and it's not too far to walk into the centre either. The flat itself is modern, clean, airy and tastfully furnished. Reinhard & Maria are great hosts, so friendly, informative and generous. A great local restaurant is Gondola on Schönbrunner Strasse. Also we loved the breakfasts at SiL close to the Kunsthistorisches Museum

In bester Lage
Zur Erkundung der Stadt optimal gelegen, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür, die U-Bahn ist auch nebenan, es gibt viele Supermärkte und Bäckereien/Konditoreien im Umkreis und auch einige Top-Restaurants. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber freundlich in Empfang genommen und bekamen einen guten Überblick über die Umgebung und die Stadt selbst. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts, es war sehr sauber und dank Aufzug auch mit Gepäck toll zu erreichen. Zumindest im Sommer ist es - bei geöffneten Fenstern -recht laut, die Bushaltestelle ist eben direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus selbst war allerdings sehr ruhig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Wien sehr genossen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch wieder bei Reinhard mieten.

I am very familiar with Vienna because I've lived here before. This location is fantastic, and our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It is very central and well-connected to popular transportation lines. It's really easy to get to Karlsplatz where you'll find the Staatsoper, Musikverein, Karlskirche, Secession, Naschmarkt, and Resselpark. The flat itself is just as pictured, very clean, and has everything you need (including a washing machine if you are staying long enough to need to do laundry!). We stayed for two weeks and after one week the hosts had the apartment cleaned and changed all of our towels and linens. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond to any questions you may have through WhatsApp and Email. From the books on the bookshelves you'll quickly notice that the hosts are very cultured, and will be an excellent to anyone wanting to know more about all of the amazing opportunities that Vienna offers in terms of art, theatre, and music. We really enjoyed our stay!

Saubere zentrumsnahe Ferienwohnung-Ideal
Fam. Awecker war sehr hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit bereit, uns mit Rat und Tat beiseite zu stehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah, zu Fuß 20, mit der U-Bahn 5 Minuten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter! Die Lage ist so verkehr- und einkaufsgünstig wie versprochen, die Wohnung sehr schön und in der Küche und im Bad ist eine gute Grundausstattung vorhanden. Für zwei Personen eine geräumige und praktische Unterkunft!

Perfekt! Rundherum!
Anreise zur Wohnung vom Flughafen ist problemlos und ohne viel Umsteigen möglich. Der Vermieter empfing uns sehr freundlich. Er war schon bei vorheriger Kontaktaufnahme ausgesprochen sympathisch und gab bereitwillig Hinweise für eine reibungslose Anreise. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet sogar mit kleiner Bibliothek einschließlich Reise- und Genußführer für und über Wien. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort zum Verweilen und guter Ausgangspunkt zur Exploration Wiens und seiner Delikatessen. .

Great apartment.
What a lovely place to stay. Vienna is a great city, and staying in this apartment made it more so. It is a corner unit, which makes it very bright and comfortable. It is well furnished with up to date amenities. It's location in Margareten is away from the noise of the core, however the centre of the city is within easy access, and there are several good restaurants and markets close by. The real highlight was how friendly and helpful our hosts Reinhard and Maria were, not only with getting us settled in but also with giving us tips to make our Vienna experience more enjoyable. This VRBO definitely gets two big thumbs up.
