About this property

This is a lovely apartment next to my home that has a separate entrance with private apartment. Just minutes walking from East Boulder campus, close to walking trails and with mountain views. Spacious kitchen with induction stove, washer dryer and bathroom has heated floors.

I'm looking for a clean, courteous and responsible roommate to share this home. No excessive partying. NO drugs whatsoever. Seeking a mature and respectful individual.
