Brigantine Beach House - Great location 1 block to bay, 2 blocks to beach

Our cozy Brigantine Beach House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a newly renovated kitchen. It is 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay where you can watch the sunset. We are centrally located on the island within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, bait shop, bike rentals, Rita’s, Wawa and more, and a 5-minute drive to Atlantic City.
Working remotely? There’s a desk and chair in each bedroom.

Enter into the living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and a 55" flat-screen TV. With the Toshiba FireTV, all you need to do is log into your favorite streaming service: Amazon prime, Netflix, HBO Now, Sling and Hulu. (No cable.)

In the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, you'll find stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, pizza making supplies and seating for 4. There is not a separate dining room.

Tuck the kids away into their own room with twin beds, futon and TV with HDMI ports.
A pack-and-play is also available (downstairs bedroom closet).
In the backyard, there’s a new outdoor shower plus a patio with a gas grill and seating. You have access to a deck box with 4 beach chairs and a beach wagon.

Whether you're looking to beach comb, bike, shop, go 4-wheeling, fish, surf, boat, birdwatch, experience the excitement of Atlantic City or just enjoy a getaway, you can find it on the island or just a short drive away.

*NOTE: As is customary for shore rentals, guests must bring your own sheet sets, pillowcases, beach & bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen linens. Local linen rental services are available: search for Brigantine Linen Rentals and you'll find a few options.
Bike rentals are available from "All About Bikes" located 3 blocks away.

Great house with even better location!

Everything was perfect with this house! Whether you're coming down as friends, a few couples, or family, you'll love the house. The neighborhood is very clean, safe, and close to everything! Maggie was a great host that made everything from rental, to check-in and out an easy process. Thanks Maggie!

Excellent stay

Very nice property in a great location. Just a short walk to the great bay views. Easy parking at the 10th street beach entrance. Property is updated and has a great backyard for dining and activities. Host was very responsive during stay!

Lovely Home!

I stayed with my wife and in-laws. This is a cozy home that is very well maintained. We did have an issue during our stay where the refrigerator stopped working. Margaret did offer to send somebody to take a look but it didn't work with our schedule since we would have had to have been home, but we were out and about. Besides that we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay. We'll be back!

Great beach house close to AC!

Super clean and easy to get to property in Brigantine. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone and easy walk to beach or bay. AC casinos less than a 10 minute drive. Kitchen has everything you need and the grill outside is nice if the weather cooperates. Highly recommend.

Great place

Great place located mid island. Property was clean, neat with detailed instructions. Host was available prior to trip for any questions and responded almost immediately. The rooms are spacious and there is a multiple bed bedroom for children. Overall great place to stay.

Lovely

Updated, tidy, very sweet and pleasant. Perfect for four friends to hang out for the weekend. If you have kids, there is an upstairs TV/Gaming corner that is particularly cozy for them. Table seating only for 4 together because of layout, but there is a picnic table outside when the weather is nice. A couple of blocks to the beach... a short walk to dinner at Andre's. Lovely.

Nice Getaway

A group of my girl friends and I were looking to plan a little getaway for the weekend and this cottage was a great find! We each were able to have our own room and plenty of seating for us to lounge around and hang out. The beds were a little firm but other than that it was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close enough to Atlantic City for the entertainment and activities.

Adorable Gem in Perfect Location

Our family decided we needed a low key getaway. So glad we found this adorable cottage at the shore. It is clear the owners have made significant updates to the home. New kitchen and floors. Bright and airy. And plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Easy walk to see a sunset on the bay and to restaurants in town. We can’t wait to come back on our next getaway.

A perfect peaceful place

This house is located in the best spot between the bay and the beach. We arrived right at sunset time and it was a short walk down to the bay. The house is so cute. It has what looks to be a newly renovated kitchen outfitted with everything you need. We walked to get dinner, returned and played board games and watched a movie. The kids were laughing hysterically playing Wipe-Out on the Wii in the kids bedroom. My daughter and husband woke early to see the sunrise and later we all enjoyed a bundled up walk on the beach. The house is super clean, beds comfy, and it’s tastefully decorated. Don’t hesitate to book this place. I’m considering booking again for a girls weekend in Spring!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful and Clean

This quaint beach cottage was the perfect mix of modern conveniences and cozy touches on a picturesque street in Brigantine. Walk one block one direction to enjoy stunning sunset views over the bay. One block the other direction you find a beautiful beach perfect for morning walks. Everything in the house was super clean and there was so much room for everyone to have their own private space to relax. We really enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare meals too. Maggie was extremely helpful in helping us plan our getaway. She thought of everything and gave us some helpful hints to make our stay stress free. Thanks Maggie!! We love the house and will definitely return!!

Why they chose this property

The Jersey Shore is beautiful year-round. We love Brigantine because it's a beach town that is all about the beach and bay. There is no boardwalk, but there are beautiful beaches and friendly people. The natural area on the north end is our favorite beach walk. Brigantine is also popular for sport fishing, 4x4 on the beach, golf and being a quiet town just a few minutes from all that Atlantic City has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Family-friendly street all year round; centrally located and walkable to shops and restaurants, a beach poplar for surfing and the bay with the best sunset views. Highly walkable location; bring your bikes to explore the whole island. A.C. is a 5-min drive. There is a taxi service on the island (Brigantine Taxi).
