Located at the premier oceanfront property of Mana Kai, this upgraded 2 Bed, 2 Bath unit will make you never want to leave! Admire breathless views of the beach, ocean, Molokini Crater and Kaho'olawe! Enjoy the fresh, modern interior with upgrades throughout!

The moment you step through the front door, you are met with spectacular ocean views. Located on the award winning Keawakapu beach, this unit has it all. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with upgraded appliances and beautiful bamboo cabinets to enjoy while dining in with a fully stocked kitchen and an amazing view! Enjoy sunsets in the evening out on your private lanai overlooking the stretch of beach as the sun goes down, and again in the morning as you sip your cup of coffee.

The Ocean Front primary bedroom features a King sized bed and fully remodeled en suite bathroom. Sliding doors separate this bedroom from the living space to create a private space. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds set as a King but that can be separated back to 2 twins upon request. Also features ocean views and a second en suite bathroom.

Mana Kai 307 offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, two propane BBQ's, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an “open concept” and is not closed off from the living room area. This particular unit has installed sliding shutter doors for added privacy.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Overall this place was in a great area and the beach access was amazing. The property is very clean and helpful. Areas around to get food were accessible. I would stay again when I do come back again and would recommend for others.

Best spot on Maui
The property is just the absolute best location on the island. The beach is incredible. The pool is warm. The store has great food. The room was wonderful. Please put seasoning in the room. This is so basic. Guests should not have to go buy a variety of seasonings or bring them from home. It’s a condo with a kitchen. We shall be cooking. You’re welcome for me providing it, don’t steal it from your next guest. Aside from that rant perfect stay.

Unit is as advertised. A really nice place and very comfortable. Views are incredible. Very close to all that Maui has to offer. Beautiful beach is out the front door. Highly recommend this place.

The Mana Kai is our favorite stay on Maui! We love the balcony views of the ocean and beach! Sleeping is the best with the Master bed right by the balcony! Our unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a very home like stay! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway
The rental had everything we needed for a very relaxing Hawaii getaway. Everything you could ask for was steps away- beautiful beach, warm pool, gear rental shop, general store. The rental isn't huge, but it is well equipped (especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs!) and the view from the balcony was worth every penny.

Great stay
Condo was clean and so conveniently located. Although we had to take out trash ourselves and vacuum, we had all the tools to do so. There are separate towels for the beach and loved the beach chairs that were available for our use. The only con I noticed was that the pull out couch didn’t have a full sheet set. There was a fitted sheet, pillow cases, and blankets, but no flat sheet.

Man Kai- Construction Jack Hammering During Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: July, 2022- 9 days..The vacation started off very rough and frustrating due to the hammering and very loud unbearable jack hammering. We could not enjoy the condo inside for several days due to noise. After this then hammering.. This wasn't something that we wanted to experience on our vacation. However, the manager of CBIP did offer discount but take note to make sure what type of construction is going and where. This was directly above us and the entire condo was shaking from the noise.The management could not move us due to the availability. The view is beautiful as we have stayed at Mana Kai many times but never experienced this type of noise any place we have vacationed in past and we travel all over the world.
