Gute Lage aber die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig
Das einzige positive an dieser Wohnung ist seine gute Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Ansonsten gibt es nur negatives zu berichten. Die Übergabe war relativ kurz und nur oberflächlich, einziger Hinweis war das die Vorhangstange im Bad herunter gebrochen war. Ein Fernseher war vorhanden aber ohne Betriebsanleitung, es konnte nur das 1. und 2. Programm gesehen werden. Bei näherem hinsehen sahen wir massive Mängel bei der Sauberkeit. Folgendes musste ich feststellen Der Wasserkocher war defekt und total verschmutzt Die Mikrowelle konnte man auch nur mit Handschuhen anfassen Die Küche war total verschmutzt, zum Frühstücken und Essen gingen wir den ganzen Urlaub außer Haus. Mülleimer total verschmutzt und keine Mülltüten In meinem Schlafzimmer konnte man die Balkontür nur halber öffnen, am Bett keine Nachttischlampe, nur eine Stehlampe im Eck, allerdings kein Stromanschluss, zum Glück hatte ich eine Taschenlampe dabei für die Nacht. Einen Kleiderschrank gab es nicht in diesem Schlafzimmer, zum Aufhängen gab es in der Diele einen Schrank, den Rest meiner Kleider ließ ich lieber im Koffer. Die Schmutzränder in der Toilette waren auch nicht gerade appetitlich. Auf meinem Betttuch waren Haare darauf (wahrscheinlich vom Vormieter) was ich besonders unangenehm fand (habe dann auf der Bettdecke geschlafen). Auch die Essecke war ungepflegt und haben uns auch für das Wohnzimmer ein paar Decken als Unterlage gekauft. Die Wohnung war über einen Fahrstuhl mit Schlüssel zu erreichen der allerdings nicht richtig funktionierte und so mussten wir öfters über die Treppe laufen. Nette Bewohner des Hauses klärten uns dann auf dass es einen zweiten Ausgang gibt in die Fußgängerzone und auch einen Fahrstuhl wo der Schlüssel passt, die Abfalleimer befanden sich auch hier. Das Fazit für diese Wohnung Sehr gute Lage, den Rest kann man vergessen und diese Wohnung kann man auch nicht empfehlen, wenn wir wieder mal nach Wiesbaden gehen dann bestimmt nicht in diese Wohnung.

Lage Toll. Gastgeber nicht so toll
Pros: + perfect location + close to all you need + roomy apartment for European standards + house quality (after cleaning) and location are worth the money Cons: - The host was an hour late on our arrival day. - The house was a mess and bed sheets were dirty as we arrived. So we had to wait another 3 hours for someone to come over and clean. We were tired and had to wander in the City for the house to clean. -The host promised to bring the second key to the house in the evening but after many calls and promisses, we received the spare key after 2 days. - We never got the iron that we were promissed. - The host did not pick his phone most if the tome and did not bother to call back
