Wonderfull stay! Would stay again!
This was our 4th stay in Solterra (all different properties) and this one was the best so far. We love the location of the resort, it is very busy on the Highway to Disney/Orlando, but the resort is worth the drive for us. Upon arrival pool was heated as requested, we thought there may have been cloudiness in the water a quick message to Lynn and she was on it right away. Communication was top notch, quick response, caring (wished us a good flight and a great vacation) it didnāt just feel like doing business but like she actually cared that we were happy. House was clean, plenty of utensils, towels, extra pillows/blankets, enough space for all our needs! Also love the location of the house, I was afraid of it being to close to the road for traffic noise (it is a busy corner) but not at all, we did bring a sound machine in the bunk bed room for the kids (they have one home also), but in all honesty I did not find it too noisy, I liked that it was close to the entrance for when we went out shopping/parks as we didnāt have to drive far. It is also close to the clubhouse /- 5 min walk. Pool is south facing so you have the sun all day, love that it is one level with young kids. Love the pool table and ping pong table in the garage, was used a lot! We have not yet decided if we are going to Florida again next year, but if we do I will def look to rent this property again! All in all it had all we could ask for and more! Thanks Lynn and Scott for your home, we will def be back!
