Thanksgiving Week Visit

We needed a 3-BR in East Vancouver and Roxy's place was perfect. Well appointed bedrooms, beautiful bathroom, open plan kitchen and plenty of room for the 5 of us and a toddler. Couldn't have asked for more!

Birthday Trip

My Mom lives in CA and has many health concerns. We took her to the Grotto 3 years ago after my Dad passed. She has wanted to go back since but could not because of her health and COVID. We had to bring a lot of extra equipment for my Mom. I drove over from Central WA and my sisters and Mom flee from CA. Roxy is an incredibly accommodating and patient host. I had a million questions before hand and she even let me drop off some of Mom's equipment so I had room to pick up the family. The house was very clean and well stocked in very nice neighborhood. Thank you Roxy for helping us fulfill a wish for my Mom.

Clean and quiet getaway

We needed a place to stay while visiting family and seeing some sights in the Portland area. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, air conditioned (excellent to have during the heat wave), and very clean.

Beautiful home away from home

We absolutely loved staying here. It is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained and very comfortable home. Our host was super responsive and catered to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!
