You'll love coming home to this cute condo in the heart of Del Mar. Located right near the freeway, you are a less than a mile from the beach, shopping, restaurants and more! New, comfortable furnishings makes this a relaxing retreat. New stove and microwave and a stocked kitchen for easy meals anytime. Guest bathroom upgrades coming soon! Primary bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has twin-over-queen bunk beds. Super fast 200mbps wifi!
Community pool and spa are available for you to enjoy as well as an onsite laundry room. Elevator in building is great for those with mobility issues.
A five minute walk just across the main road you'll find a grocery store, pharmacy and cute restaurants including a gourmet ice cream shop. About one mile west to Camino Del Mar (Hwy 101) and downtown Del Mar Village where you'll find beaches, restaurants and shopping. Head east to luxurious One Paseo for high-end shopping and restaurants. Just beyond that is Del Mar Highlands with the new Sky Deck Restaurant Collective, movie theater and tons of great shopping. Super easy access to Interstate-5 and you're on the road to Legoland and San Diego Zoo Safari Park to the north or south to SeaWorld and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Fantastic central location for your 30+ day stay.
