2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, unique and charming property just 15 minutes to Elizabethtown sitting on 25 acres in a country setting. Enjoy the old time character and charm of a house built in 1909 but the convenience of the updated bathrooms and kitchen. Relax in the living room or sitting area upstairs and enjoy your meals in the dining room. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the view of the lake or sit out on the front porch overlooking the front yard with mature shade trees. Treadmill and weight machine as well. No pets.

Wonderful Stay in Beautifully Renovated Kentucky Home
We enjoyed our stay in this historic house so much! The family of owls on the property kept us entertained. We were close enough to many attractions, but far enough away for relaxation at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a country atmosphere with all the modern amenities.

My husband and I celebrated our 16 year wedding anniversary in August 2021 : ) We were born and have lived in the area our entire lives. We enjoy spending time with our families and friends as well as a good cup of coffee. We look forward to your stay and hope you enjoy the house.

Why they chose this property

If you enjoy outdoor sitting and the character and charm of an old house, this is the place for you. This old house had been abandoned for about 16 years but when my husband and I walked through it, we could see the potential it had. We wanted to keep as much of the old as we could but wanted to update the kitchen and bathrooms to make them more usable and enjoyable. It was definitely a labor of love. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did for the time we called it home!
