We loved the location of our house. Loved living on ranch like land. The house was charming and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful and very helpful anytime we needed anything. We feel like we made new friends! Thanks for everything and we would definitely stay again!!!
Trust me when I say a week plus if over 100 degree heat and th tiny house AC never wavered--it was a cool comfy 70 degrees. That was critical! Also, quiet and peaceful, owner and maintenance folks were welcoming but not overbearing. On a lot w several other tiny homes but other guests were friendly and respectful. A great stay. Bring a flashlight for coming and going after dark.
The location of this tiny home was secluded and quiet which was a huge perk after spending all day at the river and a concert. We did not receive any check-in information from the host and had to reach out about 30 min before check in to ask for the information. Host responded quickly. The entrance to the tiny home community (multiple units) is around the corner from the actually address provided. This is very much a TINY home. Adults must crawl on their hands and knees if you plan to sleep in the loft area. The door lock continuously malfunctioned EVERY time we tried to get into the home. We were stuck outside for about 10-15 minutes in the heat before we could open it. The lock/lock holes are not flush with each other, making it extremely difficult to get the door open. There was also hair on the stove top under the burner. I'm not sure that we would stay here again due to our experience and the associated fees.

Just Right
The tiny house was no more and no less than what the dogs and I required. Location is near a lot of Hill Country destinations, but it’s not close to any. It is in a neighborhood of ranches. Recommend if you want peace and quiet in a remote location.
This tiny home was a perfect getaway for our small family, including our 2 little dogs! Everything was very clean and thoughtfully done, from the pots and pans and silverware in the kitchenette, free bottled water in the fridge, TV entertainment, deck of cards, cozy breakfast nook, very comfortable beds. Love the decor and the hospitality of the hosts! Mr. Larry came out and greeted us one morning when we were out walking the dogs and made us feel especially welcome. Thank you so much for making our break from the city a perfect getaway!
The owners were very hospitable. The tiny house had a farmhouse theme; it was cute and clean. It had all the amenities you needed. It was located close enough to go do things but yet in the country if you didn't.
The little house was super cute, clean, cozy, great country setting. Easy check in. The water was off for several hours(well system issues that can sometimes happen out in the country) The great thing is the proprietors started repairs quickly and got the issues resolved as soon as possible.
Overall, definitely more pros than cons.
We would stay again.
The cabin was a perfect size for an adult and 2 children, it was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The Queen's size bed was awesome. Definitely recommend this for anyone interested in going into the area and enjoying what's offered.
We enjoyed our stay. We needed it for a whole month as we are finishing a house. The hosts are super friendly, responsive and helpful. We enjoyed sitting out side with the provided bbq and cooking as the property is beautiful in a nice hill country setting. We were comfortable and felt at home.
We enjoyed our stay with Candy. She was very sensitive to our needs. It was quiet and clean. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds was very relaxing we definitely recommend these cabins.
This tiny house was perfect for our week long stay. I’d love to return and stay in the summer as it was close to Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River, as well as a short drive to new braunfels (where schlitterbahn water park is). The host was prompt and responsive to any of our needs.
Nice walkable safe rural neighborhood setting in Texas Hill Country. 20 minutes from San Marcos, Wimberley, Canyon Lake , Gruene or downtown New Braunfels. 1 hour or so south of Austin. These cozy cabins are perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay that offers unpretentious, budget friendly quiet and seclusion. The absence of freeway noise with easy access to all this amazing area has to offer is a big plus. Cabin #2 was a perfect retreat for the month and a half I stayed here. The cabin’s layout was just right for my needs. The loft sleeping area would be ideal for kids and teens. Friendly, attentive, considerate hosts with just the right amount of privacy. Simple, clean, safe, reasonably priced and comfortable.
