About this property
Stay on the beach not on a cliff
Come to the beach, not a cliff. Currently a winter storm has pulled the sand away from the sea wall. To access the beach you will need to use the public access 50 feet to the North. When it changes I will update the listing. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The Nelscott area is a unique area of Lincoln City. It is one of the few stops on the WORLD wide big wave surf competition. It is a fantastic friendly area with unique shops. With some of the best food in Lincoln City; no joke, the Chinese food restaurant on the corner doesn't look like much but has the best Chinese in town. As well as the Mexican food restaurant has never let me down. You can't go wrong with Dory Cove or the best BBQ in town right next door also. For a great place to get a drink, The Black Squid is in walking distance as well as the Elks Lodge is right around the corner. There is always entertainment on the beach for people watching. With Christmas less than 365 days away, there is a fantastic "Christmas Shop" that sells everything you will need to decorate your world! Everything in Nelscott is within walking distance. Moe's restaurant is less than a 1.5 mile walk down the beach with some of the best Clam Chowder available. The restaurants and shops in Nelscott are all a nice walking distance.

The house was great. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the comfortable furnishings, the outside fire pit, the hot tub and the closeness of the beach outside the back door. We will be staying there again in the future. One recommendation is to update the pots and pans
Great location. Nice to be on the beach! Too bad the sea wall doesn’t allow direct access, but the ramp is just on the other side of the next property.
It’s nice that you can park compacts in the garage!
Loved the hot tub and the fire place!
Our family was having a Celebration of Life and this beachfront house was really beautiful. The backyard is so nice and the view is incredible. Having two stories was fantastic and the owner is incredibly kind. Our dogs loved the house too:)
The house has a beautiful view of the ocean. The house is very large and could accommodate a lot of people if needed. We had the family over for a BBQ. It was great. The only negative thing is the carpet is white. White carpet with dogs and children did cause me a little stress. Overall it was a great stay.
This property had a gorgeous view from the living area and a perfect outdoor space. Downstairs had a great area for kids which we didn’t use because it was just my husband and I.
We loved how close restaurants and shopping were to the house. This made it convenient to head out and explore places multiple times a day.
The only downside was that you couldn’t actually access the beach from the backyard without having to jump down about 6 ft. The path to the beach takes less than a min to get to, so the backyard access isn’t an issue. We hope to be back when the weather is warmer!

This is a great house for a group. Great location with a nice gathering area around a fire-it overlooking the ocean. Cleanliness was what one would expect being right on the beach. The only drawback, (and it wasn't a big deal) is that the photos of the house make it appear that you can walk out the back gate straight to the beach and you can not. However the house is located one lot over from the public approach. Overall a good rental.
We really enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, exactly as described. The firepit and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we were lucky enough to spot whales each day right out back!
The location is fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of beach that was active but never felt crowded. Beach access was super easy, just one house down. While some reviews mentioned that the backyard is elevated about six feet above the sand due to a storm a while back, we actually preferred it this way. It offered better beach views and felt more private and secure, as no one can walk right up to the back fence or gate.
We also enjoyed walking to nearby eateries, like grabbing delicious to-go burritos from La Roca. For a bit of nature, the Agnes Creek trail is just a couple of blocks away—short, easy, and beautiful.
We didn’t need to contact the host for anything during our stay, but everything was well-prepared and smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

Not a clean place!
Dirty dishes, we had to wash all the dishes before using. Pet stains on carpet. Bbq dirty and not working. Misleading advertising, gate does not lead to beach. Lawn not mowed.
It was peaceful to look at the ocean, but we were embarrassed, our friends were coming from England and we were hoping to take them to a nice vacation house!
We rented this house for a Surf Competition we hosted right in the backyard! The backyard is the perfect oceanfront backyard. Our Judges for the competition judged from the back patio.
The host was quick to reply and easy to communicate with.
The neighborhood is friendly and good vibes!
The house is clean, spacious, and has many sleeping options. Love this house. Hot tub on the back patio too! Can't beat it. Coffee shop, Cafe, Mexican Restaurant, & more just walking distance a couple blocks away.
If you end up staying here stop by the ZuhG Life Surf Shop just down the street from the house. Full Surf Shop with rentals, lessons, and more. We even make Custom Apparel at our shop so come get a t-shirt or hoodie made to remember your special trip and this amazing house!

What an awesome place! The best beach house I have stayed in. House was better and bigger than expected. It was pretty clean, nothing unacceptable, but dusty in places and the entry way and stairs needed swept, but a broom and dustpan was easy to find. The view from the back yard and all the windows facing the beach is amazing. The kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. All appliances worked well. The icemaker either isn't hooked up or doesn't work and no ice trays, bring ice. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for showers. My sister used the hot tub and it worked perfectly. My dogs loved being able to hang out in the yard with us unleashed. If you have a really small dog they would be able to get out under the front fence. If you have a big dog or a jumper keep in mind the fence is super short. Both my dogs, 50 and 70 lbs, stayed in the yard with no issues. Al in all, a great place to stay!
