A: NO – There are no hidden costs or resort fees. The price you see when booking is all you'll pay for your stay.

**Q: Can I check-in early?**
A: MAYBE – Early check-in at 1PM is available for $50, but must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. It is first-come, first-served.

**Q: Can I check-out late?**
A: NO – Unfortunately, late check-out is not available due to the cleaning schedule.

**Q: Are bath towels and sheets included?**
A: YES – We provide sheets and 1 bath towel per guest. Please bring your own beach towels.

**Q: Is parking included?**
A: YES – Free parking is included for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit.

**Q: Can I pay for an extra parking pass?**
A: NO – Extra parking passes cannot be issued, but you can purchase a visitor meter pass from the Pavilion Parking Garage for $50 per week (Spring 2024).

**Q: Are pool arm bands required?**
A: NO – Arm bands are not needed at this property.

**Q: Do I need to clean or do laundry before check-out?**
A: NO – You're on vacation! Just empty the fridge, take out the trash, and wash your dishes before leaving.

**Q: Do you allow pets?**
A: NO – Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Service animals in compliance with ADA and Airbnb guidelines are accepted.

**Q: Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?**
A: NO – Smoking is strictly prohibited, both in the unit and on the balcony. Violations will result in a minimum $250 fee.

**Q: Is the kitchen equipped?**
A: YES – The kitchen has all the basics for cooking and dining. Feel free to bring any specialty items.

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

ENJOY OPEN AIR ARRIVAL AND NO FRONT DESK/LINES CHECK-IN

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow lots during the busiest times. MOTORCYCLES AND TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY. WE SUGGEST FINDING ALTERNATIVE STORAGE, SUCH AS THE PAVILLION PARKING DECK.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

If case you are traveling in a larger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel free to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.
