Love the location!

The property is on the water and includes a great dock! The house has great provisions and Is very comfortable! This is my second year there and we booked for a third time in 2026!

Comfortable, convenient, perfect for Seniors

We loved staying at this very comfortable and quaint home on the Indian River on Hutchinson Island. It's an interesting location and amazingly quiet with everyone so close together. Easy to get in and out of, no problem parking, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and a VERY comfortable living room with full cable TV (something you don't get very often anymore). As traveling seniors (67) we have key things that make a stay more enjoyable, and this location ticked all of the boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the home, or location, to anyone wanting to visit Florida during the wintertime.

What a fantastic place!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay! We have family on Nettles Island and this allowed us to be very close and have the amazing water views. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Gianni was very responsive to any questions we had and made check in very easy. Hope we have a chance to visit again.

Perfect place

We had a great time here! It was just my husband and I so perfect size for us. The deck and fishing dock was wonderful. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the deck. The owners are very responsive and friendly. We are planning a return visit next year.

Wonderful Beach Experience

The home had everything that you could possibly need. It was very comfortable and clean, and the view of the water was wonderful. This was my first time on Nettles, and I absolutely loved it! The owners were very helpful and communicative, and I hope that I have the opportunity to stay there again.

Wonderful property

We have rented properties through VRBO for years. This particular property was the most well stocked property we've ever had. From cleaning products to paper products, kitchen utensils, everything was in place. The beds and pillows were comfy and the views were spectacular. Well decorated and very clean.

Spectacular view and pride in ownership

This is the perfect Florida vacation home! Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated with STUNNING water views. The owners are hands on and their pride in ownership is evident. If your family is looking for indoor space to spread out, this is not the place for you. But it was exactly what our family hoped for as we enjoyed the comfortable, clean living space and the amazing sights and sounds of the Indian River. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great spot!

Great location, spotless, well equipped. Easy to contact owner with questions. Only suggestion would be to have information sheet available on operation of TV's. Two remote controls makes it more difficult to figure out.

Fan-friggin-tastic!

We just returned home and already have booked this property for next year! This home is awesome! It’s well stocked with anything you could need, from cooking to cleaning, to going to the pools or beach. We loved the washer dryer for sure. Makes for a lighter suitcase knowing you have that! From sitting in the double recliner, to the super comfy beds, to the great TWO full bathrooms, sitting inside with the air on was a nice break from out side. But, we didn’t stay inside long. Although the kitchen table is right at the sliders to the deck, and the view from that table was awesome….we spent a lot of time at the outside table, with umbrella, because that spot was just beautiful. And we can’t forget the beautiful dock…it too had some chairs and a table and it was great sitting there watching the boats go by and seeing the birds diving for fish. This property absolutely has everything….if your looking for a great place in a great community this is it!

House was clean and comfortable

The house was fabulous and very well decorated. The deck was an amazing place to sit and wakeup with some coffee while watching the dolphins play. Being fishermen, for us, this was the right house at the wrong time. Our vacations are centered around fishing. We dont shop, sightsee, try restaurants..we just fish..So the timing for us was difficult as the dock was unusable. Had I known this, we would have waited to rent this fabulous home. The owners have done an awesome job with the improvements in the home itself and when the dock gets finished it will be perfect for everyone. We did still enjoy catching a few things off of the wall. Although it wasnt the fishing experience we were used to, we made the best of it. I still highly recommend this place and as I said, once the dock gets done it will truly be a gem for making incredible memories.

Nettles island getaway

Great location on Nettles Island south sea wall. Clean and open unit, great deck for watching the sea life. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and many fish and birds. Owners were easy to contact and we had no issues. Worked remotely for a week and vacationed for a week and this place met all our needs. Would highly recommend for either!

Wonderful The property was Extremely clean and decorated beautiful. Everything you need was in the house. Beautiful to have two bathrooms with two bedrooms. Walking out your back deck and looking at the water was wonderful. Owner was very nice and responded to all questions.
