Midtown Cozy Cottage, Ideal Location!
Charming cottage located in the heart of Wilmington, provides the perfect home base for your next adventure. You are conveniently located just 2.2 miles from the UNCW campus, 3.2 miles from the Historic Riverfront district, and 7.5 miles to Wrightsville Beach. The cross city bike/walking trail passes in front of the cottage. Short 5 min bike ride to Empie Park, or a 15 min walk. The home is also a quick 10 min walk to Flying Machine Brewery.
The space
The midtown cottage provides all the comforts from home while you enjoy the sights that Wilmington and the surrounding beaches have to offer.
We have upgraded the home to include a reverse osmosis filtration system for your drinking water. And you will have access to an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a beach trip!
For those who enjoy coffee, we have a few options. You can choose from drip coffee, French press or pour over. We have a burr grinder to process whole beans. And an electric water kettle. Ground and whole bean coffee as well as a variety of teas are available at the cottage.
The home has a smart tv with spectrum cable offering 125+ as well as the ability to sign up to your Netflix, amazon prime or other streaming account.

Organic gardener, traveler, mother, lover of books and good food! Enjoy cycling, hiking and being outdoors. Our family loves spending time at the beach, my husband and son surf and we would be happy to recommend good beach spots.
Why they chose this property
Centrally located, within 15 minutes you can be downtown or make it to Wrightsville Beach. The cross city bike trail passes directly in front of the cottage and there is a great park within walking distance as well as a small playground in the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
One of the rare walking neighborhoods in Wilmington and very close to grocery stores and shopping!
