Cozy & Cute 2nd floor apartment

Are you visiting family and need a little extra space? Road trip? High school sporting event? Moving to BYU-I? Relocating and looking for a home? Business travel and need excellent internet? We are the perfect spot! Easy day trips to West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, Island Park and surrounding areas. We are centrally located with easy access to US20, US26, I-15 and the airport. Colonial Theater & downtown/greenbelt areas are approx 1 mile and we are 2 blocks from the IFHS Civic Auditorium.

Our family has owned and managed this small apartment complex -17 total units-for the past 20 years. We personally take care of the property and know all of our full-time residents. Some of our tenants have been with us for nearly 15 years. There are several short-term rentals mixed among our permanent resident apartments.

Our AirBnB unit is dedicated to AirBnB guests only. This is the top floor unit of 2-story apt building. This is small complex with 9 apts on a busy street. This apt complex does not have alot of curb-appeal on the outside but I'm confident guests will be happy with the inside. Fresh paint, and all new furnishings, new fridge and quality linens are awaiting our guests. There are black-out blinds and drapes in the bedroom and privacy blinds in the large LR window.
**Please note: this apt overlooks a busy street from the front LR window. Privacy shades and curtains are provided
The neighboring business has a bright sign which you will notice at night in the bedroom. but we provide excellent blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom window which block that light.

There is an electronic key pad lock for front door access.
We have off-street assigned parking and a coin-op laundry room.
Our internet service is crazy fast fiber optic.
Our recent speed test was 95Mbps!!

Great Stay

Great place for a small group getaway

The apartment has been redone and is so cute and clean inside. We were a little worried because of the location but it was quiet and we had no issues. Its an easy location to get places. We really enjoyed our stay other than the heat wave. Haha

Adorable Apartment

Location and unit were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was great for soaking after hiking. Deanna was super easy to get in touch with. The kitchen was well stocked with all dishes/appliances needed to make dinner. Love that this apartment had a dedicated covered parking spot.

Very comfortable!!

This was the second time we stayed here. We had one concern upon arrival but our host resolved that very quickly. It’s a cozy little apartment, just right for the two of us. We knew there was noise from street traffic so used foam earplugs which worked fine. Will be staying here again.

Great little place!

It’s clean, well-maintained, but the bedroom doesn’t get any cool air from the window air conditioner in the living room. You have to crack a window after sundown and use the fans to get itge bedroom cool. This should only be an issue during the hottest months. If this issue were resolved I’d give it a top score.

The first thing I noticed was that it was old and right on a main street, that was under construction. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean it was and and smelled clean. The door lock worked as expected. I had everything I needed. An important thing to me is the shower and bathroom sink drain, I don't like a slow drain. There was no problem here. There was enough hot water and enough water pressure. I was very happy with the apartment, I was less than 10 minutes from my son's apartment. I even had lunch with my son and grandson at the apartment. I stayed for 9 nights and was grateful to have found it. I would stay there again.

Short Stay in Idaho Falls

2nd floor unit located on a busy road. While it was conveniently located, it was very loud until around 9 pm. It seemed to get quieter after that other than the occasional revving of a diesel truck (no shortage in this region). While a Smart TV is provided, there were no live/local channels available so i bought a cheap OTA antenna to get the local stations. Unit was comfortable enough for my needs and would definitely stay again. I am currently in a different unit in the same complex! Manager responded quickly to any questions I had.

Cozy Apartment!

This was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to relax here at the end of full days. Just be aware that it has busy street noise. It didn’t bother us much because our home also sits on a busy street and we’re used to it. The only negative was that the shower curtain smelled mildly “sour”. Other than that the apartment was very clean and in good repair. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

Very friendly and responsive host. Every time we needed something, she helped us right away. Halfway through our month long stay, someone came and cleaned the whole place which was really nice. Apartment is affordable, but location is not the best as it’s on a very busy and loud road. It is 5-10 minutes from anything you need, and only a few hours away from Yellowstone/ Tetons/ Craters of the Moon.
