Set amongst acres of rolling hills and oak groves on Jalama Road. Step back into time and enjoy the expansive views and relaxing nature of the ranch. Swim in the pond, shoot your best shot from one of the 5 tee boxes, hike the many trails, relax on the deck in the spa with a glass of wine. 15 minutes from Jalama beach. 30 minutes from Santa Ynez wine country and 15 minutes from up and coming Lompoc.

Perfect for 3 families.

This is a new listing. Our family fell in love with this magical piece of property when we bought it in 2020. We lived here full time through Covid. Now that we are back to real life we are not there as much as we would like to be. If we can’t be there, we want to share it so others can experience this dream of a place. We invite you to come make memories just as we have.
