Wunderbare Aussicht

Besonders schön ist die Aussicht vom oberen Balkon. Ansonsten bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es ließ sich gut leben in der Woche, in der wir dort waren.

Juste fantastique !

Lieu idéal pour des vacances parfaites ! La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile, ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre rapidement aux questions. La maison est très fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien, la description est conforme. Pour information, un paravent a été mis pour créer un espace plus intime entre le grand lit et la pièce principale au RDC. L'espace extérieur est très grand avec plusieurs terrasses très agréables, offrant ombre ou soleil en fonction du moment de la journée. On y trouve un salon de jardin très confortable pour se reposer (on ne le voit pas sur les photos de l'annonce). La chambre à l'étage avec sa salle de bain et sa terrasse privées est un vrai plus pour les parents. Et que dire de la vue et de l'environnement... c'est juste extraordinaire !! La plage, son restaurant, l'épicerie et la pizzeria sont à 5 minutes à pieds. Les balades dans ce domaine sont magnifiques. Pour les amoureux d'architecture et de nature, ici les deux se confondent avec intelligence. Quelle modernité pour l'époque ! C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons depuis que nous avons découvert ce lieu exceptionnel, et nous y retournerons c'est certain...

Emplacement top et vue magnifique

Second séjour dans cette maison typique du cap Bénat dominant la mer. Les vues depuis la terrasse sont magnifiques, l'accès à la mer et à l'épicerie est aisé ( quelques minutes à pied). Notre fille de 14 ans a adoré avoir sa chambre avec salle de bain indépendante à l'étage. Pas de canapé au rez, c'est le lit parental qui fait office de fauteuil collectif. Peut faire chaud dans la maison, car pas de climatisation. Malgré tout, nous aimons ce lieu et il n'est pas impossible que nous y revenions une 3e fois...

Wonderful time

Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und liegt fantastisch. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen- die Anlage bietet mehrere interne Strände , einen Strand mit Beach Bar. Die Liegestühle sind sehr praktisch und bequem.

Un cadre magnifique

Avant tout l'emplacement proche de la plage et criques, la vue magnifique sur la mer, la terrasse, la chambre studio au niveau supérieur sont les points forts de cette villa et le rapport qualité prix dans le domaine du Gaou. Les points faibles : la chambre principale donne sur le salon (pas de porte ou cloison amovible), les 2 chambres sont plutôt pour des petits enfants surtout une. La déco est simple mais on s'y sent bien ! Nous avons passé au global un beau séjour.

Refugium

Tolle Lage hinter Schranke in Sackgasse, jetzt im Mai extra ruhig. Nur zwei Nachbarn, von denen wir kaum was mitbekamen. Sonne vom Sonnenaufgang bis frühen Abend. Toller Blick aufs Meer und Küste im Osten, auch vom Wohnzimmer und Bett. Parkplatz eher eng und kurz, 5m Auto passte grad noch rein. Gut ausgestattet, nicht unbedingt neu aber alles funktioniert. Herd zB bereits erneuert. Wifi ok, 5G Abdeckung. Klasse: Zu Fuß zum sandige. Plage Cabasson oder Sundowner am Funkmast. Rennrad in Region war auch top. Kurz: Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Oberes Stockwerk über Außentreppe. Einfachste Schlüsselübergabe. Freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterfamilie. Vielen Dank!

Belle villa fonctionnelle pour séjour agréable

Cette villa jouit d'une situation optimale au coeur du domaine du Gaou-Bénat, écrin de verdure loin de l'agitation de la Côte d'Azur à l'architecture intégrée dans le milieu naturel. La villa est spacieuse à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et les propiétaires à l'écoute pour un séjour de qualitè.

Aussergewöhnlich

Wir haben tolle Ferien in einem wirklich gut ausgestatteten und durchdachten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der einzigartige Blick von beiden Terrassen lässt einen von Sonnenauf-bis Sonnenuntergang im Urlaub sein und für ein Bad dauert der Fußweg zu den nahegelegenen Stränden über Treppen ca. 5 min. Dort sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert, weil es kein reiner Sandstrand ist. Dieser ist etwas weiter entfernt (plage de la Favière) Da der kleine Supermarkt noch nicht offen hatte, war der Weg zum Bäcker etwas länger, doch er hat sich gelohnt: Der "Vival de Bénat" an der Route de Bénat wird von einem sehr guten Bäcker beliefert. Das Einzige, was uns anhand der Fotos und der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht klar war, ist, dass das Doppelbett im EG kein separates Schlafzimmer, sondern mit dem Wohnraum verbunden ist. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, die jungen Erwachsenen waren sowieso am längsten wach. Wer etwas Ruhe, abseits vom Trubel des Alltags in einer gepflegten privaten Domaine sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wenn's lebhafter sein soll, sind La Favière, Bormes les Mimosas und Le Lavandou nicht weit! Herzlichen Dank an Familie Rüdisühli für die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld!

Wunderschöner Ort

Das Haus befindet sich in einer idealen Lage sowohl für Strandferien, als auch für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Der Meerblick, der mediterrane Garten, in zwei Minuten zum Strand runter usw. Die ganze Ferienanlage ist sehr ruhig und wirklich naturbezogen schön. Wir hatten von Anfang das ersehnte Urlaubsgefühl. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sodass wir meistens selbst gekocht haben mit den frischen Lebensmitteln, die es rundum zu kaufen gibt. Wir danken den Gastgebenden.
